We had the pleasure of having Alma Fusion cater our wedding, and they were nothing short of amazing. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared—every single guest was raving about it. In fact, it was so good that my niece kept going back for more… so much that the staff actually learned her name!
We had a last-minute hiccup with the wind disrupting our planned system for releasing tables to the truck, and guests ended up lining up instead. Despite that unexpected change, the Alma team handled it like pros—efficient, friendly, and organized. Somehow, even with a line, no one waited long.
Their service, flexibility, and of course, the unforgettable food made our day even more special. We truly can’t recommend Alma Fusion enough!

Alex & Marie are fantastic! I hired the food truck for my wedding reception and they were so accommodating. I had several people with food allergies and they were able to swap out the ingredients no problem. When my venue had some potential issues with parking, they went above and beyond to make sure they would be able to get a spot. Above all of that, the food was amazing. Everyone at the reception raved about the food the days after. Definitely recommend them for any occasion!

After a long wait, get home only to find out not everything I was charged for was included in the order. If you are going to charge additional for products make sure those get in the order. I understand mistakes happen, but super disappointing for a $18 bowl.

Had the pleasure of stopping by there this evening, tried a chicken burrito with several different sauces and all amazing, each more flavorful than the last. Could tell everything was absolutely fresh and even had side of chips and guac. You could taste the fresh, homemade guacamole. Fast, fresh and absolutely delicious! Recommend and give it a 10/10

Food was absolutely delicious. Shrimp burrito has huge shrimp in it that were seasoned/cooked to perfection. Let me also say that the Hot salsa is so spicy but so good!

We did the drop off catering option for our wedding and it was amazing. All of our guests loved the food and the deluxe package comes with everything you could ever need for a taco bar! The portions were great and all the food was very fresh. My mother has a dairy allergy and they even labeled the sauces that she wouldn’t be able to have. The owners were always a pleasure to work with and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to cater an event.
