I normally do not leave bad reviews but I'm extremely upset with this last experience I love the food but this last time I ordered a pizza and a fettuccine Alfredo I received the pasta and salad but not the pizza I'm a truck driver stuck in a hotel so I had to deliver when I called to complain the restaurant called Doordash and had them reorder my pizza instead of making me a fresh pizza they sent the old one which arrived very cold my hotel is only a mile away super aggravated and upset you guys need to do better

Went to Al’s on Philips to pick up one pizza and chicken flatbread they gave us the wrong order and the pizza they gave us was lousy. Wont be going back to that place.

Drove there and placed order. Took about 15 min. We'll my chicken Alfredo was luke warm no taste and my garlic bread was stale and nasty. Not even hot! So disappointed. Won't be back. I can see why they have hardly any customers anymore. Going franchise was not the best decision.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered delivery for lunch. They sent the entire wrong order, didn’t want to remake nor redeliver. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and they sent cheese only and said well the only thing that is missing is the pepperoni. Then suggested Half off on a pizza nobody is going to eat. Poor service.

So, a little confusion about the half off pizza deal when the Jags get 2 interceptions… we went straight from the game to get our half off pizza. Staff told us that it’s only valid Mon & Tues but the advertisement stated it was a deal for the 48 hours after the game. Manager called his manager and even though the upper level guy didn’t seem to want to honor it, the local manager did. We were ready to walk out and never go to Al’s again but they did the right thing and will keep us as customers for life. Thank you all for working on clearing up the miscommunication and maybe the Al’s headquarters/main office should double check what they advertise. Service and food were spectacular!!!
