Well they let me check in 2 hours before my appointment. The ladies at the guard shack were amazing. I checked in at 9 pm for a 11pm appointment. It’s currently 1am and I’m still waiting to get unloaded. It’s been a long process should have been out of here a long time ago. But as the saying goes only come about 30 min before your appointment. Or you will sit and sit. I’ve watch multiple trucks come in here and be out about 45 min later. And yes I’ve been awake the whole time. And when I say multiple I mean probably about 15 truck have come in after me and left before me.

I see so many bad reviews but we had very good experience here, not sure if it's just the day we got there. Our driver was late for his appt because he was loaded very late at the shipper, however we got unloaded in about 1hr here.

shockingly good experience. pull up to the scales at check in, i did not slide tandems since i was fully loaded and it didn't seem to be an issue. check in at self service kiosk, guard told me to pull forward so she could remove my seal and check me load. they didn't have a door ready so i parked in front of the guard shack. got a door within 10 minutes. get to door, slide tandems back, chock wheel. plenty of space for maneuvering. yard jockey comes and locks your glad hand. he was not friendly but the guards were nice. unloaded in half an hour.

Drivers this plave needs negative 5 star. Arrived on a Thursday at 2110 and the check in guard was happy to tell me my day was about to be ruined. Though my appt was actually for noon on Friday and the broker said they are really fcfs, I was told we are not accepting any beer loads until Monday. After 12 hours of back and forth with the broker I was told to go back and check in. I arrived at 1435 Friday and was docked right away but I've lost over 12 hours. I just don't understand how shipper and receivers with these practices still have even entered their gates.

The worst place you will ever visit. My appointment was at 10am, it's now 8pm and they still haven't started unloading. The girls at the front who check you in are very rude and very unprofessional. If you can't be nice, go home and be yourself. You work with people, so you should have something about you.

The young girl this morning 12-16-24 was rude as heck! Expecting me to do her job. I don’t get paid to do her job. It’s really sad for a trucker to have to meet her as a first point of contact for checkin. If it’s lack of sleep, then she should have stayed her lil behind home!! No trucker wants to deal with that kind of rudeness, being IGNORED with her back turned when asking a question, and be told you gotta come back 6 hrs later to bring your load back! Anheuser truckers are gonna get fed up with your lack of services. This establishment DESERVES 0 stars!
**UPDATE** was told to come back at 1400 to be told that they’re still not taking inbound loads. When I asked for a number to call she(The same young girl from this morning, claims her name is Taniqua) said “pull up google and call the number” that lil heffer knew damn well that the number was not in service. I WILL NEVER PULL ANOTHER LOAD FOR THIS DAMN PLACE!!!!!
