I checked in an was told to stage and its been 6 hours and i keep bugging them and no answer
When you go to the drivers lounge and you see toothpaste, shaving cream and shampoo in the vending machine????? That’s when you know you’re in for a ride. 0730 appt, then said come back at 1500 since we’re overloaded 😵💫. Came back at 1530 and said come back at 1800. I screamed. Jacksonville already has limited parking. Convinced them to take me and they did. Gave me a door at 1700, didn’t feel anything until 2100. Finally got green at 2300. whole day gone.
The lady’s that check you in at the guard house is very RUDE nasty attitude for no reason Smart nasty mouth if you don’t like your job apply to another one
If you’re at truck driver and you’re picking up there, don’t expect any help from the people in the guard shack They are lazy they are rude and they do not give clear instructions. Go park over there. Will call you when we’re ready. I sure hope these people don’t make more than $10 an hour. They do not deserve it.
Place sucks been here appointment was 2pm here it is 7pm and im still waiting to get unloaded took 30 minutes to load when I picked up

MAKE SURE TO HAVE 3/4 OR MORE REEFER FUEL AND A VEST!
Once you pull up on scale you will get out and check in on kiosk, from there it will give you instructions on what to do. (Open up trailer doors before entering this place)I came here for a drop n hook, I dropped my trailer in the empty trailer lot, then you have to bobtail back to guard shack, get on scale, get out of your truck, and get scale weight on kiosk. Then make a little U-Turn back to entrance again, check in on kiosk, FOR ONLY BOBTAIL! Finally, you can go get your loaded trailer in the loaded lot. I didn’t find my load in the loaded lot, I found my load in the empty lot 😒 attached to my load, went back to guard shack, got on scale, went inside office for my bills, got my bills, I was out.
The whole process here will have feeling a little dizzy, with all the back and forth.
Absolutely no respect for drivers at the guard house. As others have said expect rude behavior.
12:30 check-in for 14:00 appointment, got dock assigned at 13:13, loaded and out 14:30.
Super easy in and out. Friendly people. Happy to pick up here any time.
**Thank you for the trucker appreciation this week!
Disrespectful! Unprofessional! Totally unacceptable!
My very first visit to this warehouse left me shocked by the extreme lack of respect and professionalism.
On September 15th at 6:30 PM, a Black woman (with colorful braids) was on duty.
First – No Respect at All.
As a first-time driver here, nobody explained any process to me. When I was unsure what to do, instead of giving clear instructions, she started yelling loudly at me. Her attitude was extremely rude and unacceptable. This is not just disrespectful to drivers, but it also damages the image of your beer company. Is this really the way you want to represent your brand?
Second – Obvious Discrimination and Double Standards.
During check out, she had two seals. To another driver, she casually handed the seal and let him lock it himself. But with me, she personally took my seal and went to lock my trailer without saying a single word. I was left standing in the office clueless, not even realizing she had already gone to my truck. This is absurd, unprofessional, and insulting.
Conclusion:
An employee like this not only destroys the working experience for drivers, but also directly damages the company’s reputation. Her behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and discriminatory. I strongly urge this beer company to terminate her employment immediately. Keeping such a person on staff will only continue to drag down your brand and cause more people to lose trust in your business.

I have to say this was a first. Arrived 2100 empty and out the gate 2230. Appt was 2200. Thanks Budweiser Todd Turner

Rodericka Terry = Horrible, Horrible Customer Service. (Guardshack) raggedy and ratchet girl with dreads.
I’ve been driving for years, and never have I met someone at a gate with such a nasty attitude. From the moment I pulled up, Rodericka Terry was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — zero respect for the drivers who keep this place running. She shoved paperwork, answered questions with an attitude, and acted like common courtesy was beneath her.
Budweiser, this is the first impression you’re giving drivers. If this is the person representing your company, it’s a shame. Nobody should be treated this way at work, and no company that cares about its reputation should tolerate it. PS if the supervisor wants to run the cameras just to see the shock on my face of how mean and rude she was I came in about. 2:40-3:19 September 2nd you will see what I’m talking about and I’m sure this is not her first time being rude, but I forgot this is Jacksonville Florida, which has a bad reputation, but I see why because of people like her
Update: oh wow so now I look at the reviews and I see they still talking about the same girl so I know I’m not Trippin Management needs to take heat to the comments and get this girl up out of your seat because we don’t want her. she’s very rude and now I see that she’s been rude to several people.
Appointment times was 12pm! It's 6:55 and still not loaded. What a joke
Appt 2 pm got here at 1 pm now 515 would not recommend not even in door yet
