This place use to be sweet and fun to go to.now is a nightmare using this self check in. It use to be in and out at the gate . It only 2 girl and they so rude to truck driver.

Got here at 12:30 for a 2:00 pm appt. Got bumped to 3:00 load, then couldnt find our load...then they found our load 6:30pm waiting to get out..Awefull! Trying to get out of this place with all the Warner drivers leaving at once...
Had a pick-up scheduled for 4 pm to 1159pm. Arrived at 10:50 pm to pick up. Was told the trailer is not ready, and I needed to wait. Had to leave the property after dropping my empty. Called in and found out it would take 3 hours to be loaded. So now my pickup is scheduled between 2 and 3 hours past my pickup schedule. So at 2 to 3 am, I should be able to pick my load up, now I got to drive 4 hours to a really strict place and be their by 7am or I got to wait another 24 hours. Ridiculous, and the new system for the app is stupid. It just says it's a real load. Avoid at all cost if this is the way they treat their truckers imagin what happens to the beer.

Got here at 9:40am. It's 3:15pm right now and they're STILL NOT done. I brung in empty kegs! I was the second truck here at docks, others have come and gone already NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERENEVER
