When visiting this restaurant I usually purchase the fried shrimp. However this past Sunday I decided to go for the soul food. So I ordered the Oxtails to go. Only to learned they were burnt & dry which they covered up with lots of brown gravy. ( which is why I did not notice before leaving.) Very disappointing especially after paying $32.00,
I'm not one who usually complains, I just choose not to go back

Annie Lee’s Soul Food is a rare jewel on the Northside. Amazing soul food, great atmosphere, and a true sense of community. Feels good to brag on Leroy and Lisa this place is a beautiful addition to the Northside of town

Truly amazing place to have breakfast lunch or dinner. Janice my waitress did an outstanding job.
