Another Broken Egg Cafe

I’ve gone to this location several times and I have never had such a terrible experience. The waitress was amazing and nothing wrong in that area. I ordered a spiked coffee and ask for NO Carmel to be on the rim just put it in the coffee and it comes out with Carmel all over the sides making it sticky (I was trying to avoid this). I then drank some water and later seen a dark spot on an ice cube. There was mold on the ice!!!! It was frozen on the side of the ice cube!!!! Called manager over and showed her, she took it back and brought me out another one. Doesn’t end there… I get my food all the toppings were melted and off to the side. I did order the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes. Which I know the whipped cream does melt but I never had it this melted. I looked at my sausage and eggs and they looked dried out like everything was under the warmer for a while. One of my sausages was literally in pieces when it came out. They did bring me out 3 more pieces for the issue. But seriously everything was a disappointment. What a same. I never asked for a discount but usually they do without asking esp when there’s mold on your ice!!! I got nothing and paid full price for everything.

Front of house manager very rude and disgusting. Will be calling corporate. Corrected my words when I spoke to her about even getting a job with them. Very disrespectful. Will be leaving multiple reviews. Not saying don’t eat here but I’d love to find out who this manager is.

The food was absolutely delicious! We got the shrimp and grits and the black stone Benedict. We tried the mimosas and also got a mango margarita and a blueberry margarita and all of it was exceptional. Our server was Holly and she was the best! very bubbly and knowledgeable and made the experience even better ❤️
