HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered Spicy lamb biryani through Uber eats and when I received it, the food was BURNED. Every lamb meat pieces were BURN and the rest were bones. There were ashes in the rice and the box. The rice smelled like burned food. When I called they said you can come get another one next day. So when I was going to send another person the next day they refused !! They made up another reason WHICH THEY NEVER TOLD ME BEFORE. Very Horrible. Disgusting attitude of the female workers.

We decided to check out the food today. Istanbul Grill & Bakery is absolutely delicious. But warning stay away from this place. (APNA) My food came out after 45 mins. I know for a fact they forgot my order. The butter chicken was watered down. The Chicken Tikka Masala was just as bad. I remember why I stopped going to this place (old location). The garlic Nan and Paratha tasted like Rubber. I'll be back for the Istanbul Grill but for authentic Indian food. I'll drive 30 mins to Maas Kitchen. Do yourself a favor and don't offer from Apna.

The building was interesting, and cool. But that isn't what this review is about. It's about the food. When I order chicken Tikka Massala, I expect some rice, MAYBE some Naan. Not a big deal if it doesn't come with Naan. Also, an adequate amount of chicken would be nice for $13. This is what I got. A little bowl of 11 bite sized pieces of chicken, not with a well tasting cream sauce that's a little thick. Oh no! This bad boy has 8th of an inch of oil on the top, and the cream is separating. Oh, and I asked for it to be spicy. I'm sure you can guess if it is or isn't.I won't be coming back. No rice, no Naan, no decent amount of chicken, lack of flavor, not spicy when asked, more oil just sitting on the top than is required to fry 2 full sized chicken breasts, and make the sauce. Embarrassing.

I’m very disappointed I’m not sure what happened but ever since they moved to the new location the food has been horrible. I ordered chicken tiki marsala in the side of rice and the chicken was layered in oil I asked for spicy and nothing about my dish was spicy also I’m not sure what type of meat they’re using and they say it’s chicken but it’s not chicken breast I know what chicken looks like, take a look for yourself.Does that look like chicken breast?
