Oh my goodness! I haven't been here for years! And it was more pleasant and delicious than I remembered! We got the 2 for $25. I got the Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp, I ate the whole plate! Thats unusual for me! It was freaking delicious! And my partner had Bourbon Street Burger, AMAZING! WE can't wait to come back! Our waiter was awesome! Service was great!

First off, the host sat us down next to a birthday party, so it was a little loud. There were plenty of other available seats, I don't understand why they put us there. Moreover, we were left alone for about 20 to 25 minutes with no waiter checking on us. We were not even asked what drinks we wanted. After a while, our supposed waiter finally came over stating that she didn't realize she was supposed to be for us. We were allowed to move tables, and then waited even longer for someone to ask us our drinks and what we even wanted to eat. When we finally ordered, exusing the long wait, one of us was missing cheese on our sandwich. Overall, the service was pretty unsatisfactory. The food was alright at most and my boneless wings looked pathetic.

I would not recommend anyone eating here. Service was mediocre. Had to wait a minute for my order. Portions were small for the pay. Overall disappointment.
Food and service generally across the board at any Applebees is good to great. I have only had maybe two to three super slow service. Today was on point. Kudos to Anna and the team.

As a previous restaurant manager I am embarrassed for GM and have concerns. First problem was the host picked up a rag from laying at her station to wipe down tables, that is not sanitized nor sanitary in itself. Floors and tables wete filthy, you can tell there is no regular cleaning/sanitizing done at this restaurant. I have a food safety temperature concern, only food that was hot were the mashed potatoes. Steak, tacos, chicken sandwich, everything was cool in temperatur and the steak was rubbery. This restaurant was a horrible experience in comparison to all other applebees ive been to. Walked away feeling disgusted and beyond dissatisfied, embarrassed for this restaurant and its low standards and quality. Im leaving this review and never returning.
