Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food is good and we have regularly ordered the riblets catering option which comes with two sides (mashed potatoes and coleslaw). Every time we've been satisfied and happy with the portions provided which has fed the small group that we order for; however, today we ordered the same thing we always order (totaling over $90.00) and the sides were half of the portions we are used to receiving. I kept the prior containers because they are reusable and they were half the size of what we recieved in the past. I called and talked to a manager who said that we must have gotten over served in the past because the sides that we received were the regular amount that we're supposed to receive (I offered to send pictures of the prior container size). The sides only fed three people while the main course which is the riblets fed up to six to eight people. Im writing this review to warn others that if you order from the Applebee's off Phillips highway, you may not receive what you received in the past. In the past everyone had sufficient sides to go with the main course but now we're sitting here cooking sides so that everybody has enough food, which is what we didn't want to do; hence, ordering food, and driving 20 minutes to pick it up. Very disappointed.

Waitress was not that friendly my husband ordered a burger plain no onion on it like he wanted the bun was burnt toasted he did not want the fries he got was like maybe 16 I got the bayou shrimp wS not good at all and we had to pay $32 was the worse place to eat Wil not go back....

We went 3 nights in a row.
Food was always GREAT.
Servers and bartenders really cool and fast.
The only thing to improve from my perspective is the environment from time to time but that doesn’t affect the rating

I won’t be coming back .. Bella the waitress very unprofessional. The table next to her had a weird situation the guy pushed her as she giggled and then proceeded to kick them out over a disagreement due to the gentleman lying and had them cancel the whole entire order they placed holding up the kitchen. Very bad experience.

Two weeks ago I ordered a Strawberry Salad, extra Protein and extra strawberry absolutely No onions. I get my food, I have a few strawberries, extra onions and double protein. I called let the Manager know and she apologized and said she will email a gift card that I will receive it in3-5 days. I Never received it.
I ordered the same salad today, I received double onion 3 pieces of strawberries No Dressing at all I'm already not really happy with ordering food because I don't trust people. So although I really did like Applebee's, I will not be ordering from them anymore. Absolutely NOT RIGHT... Then after I called the Manager said she packed my order, and Aman picked it up, well a lady and her daughter delivered my order. SMH

The customer service here is amazing! Jennifer at the bar omg! Such a good worker, makes some good drinks! I’m visiting & only ate here! Because my hotel was across the street! Keep up the good work Applebees!

I arrived around 2 PM Feb 26, 2026 and was greeted at the door, which I appreciated. After that, I sat at the bar for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The manager made direct eye contact with me more than once and never spoke, and several employees walked by without offering assistance or attempting to locate the bartender.

That level of indifference is unacceptable. The only reason the visit wasn’t a complete disappointment was the bartender. Once she returned, she was attentive, professional, and completely turned the experience around. I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition for her service.

First off the place was freezing.....but other then that the waitress was so wonderful but the food was horrible my daughter mashed potatoes was ice cold ....the penni pasta was disgusting was over cooked I'm have not been there in years but I don't think I will be back with the food being so bad... I have only been home and hour and have been super sick since....
