Applebee's Grill + Bar

This was a solid Applebee's good quick spot to eat at. They had great service! My friend and I had no complaints. Our server was super sweet and super helpful.

Cynthia greeted us with a pleasant smile and was very personable and friendly. And Lana was a wonderful server and took care of us. The food was hot and fresh. We had a wonderful birthday experience.

Or waitress Jashari was AMAZING! Super attentive, kind and professional ! She recommended the best food and drinks and all the food was fresh and HOT! It was ssooo good! The customer service from the waitress to the manager along with the kind woman who seated us was top tier! I Normally don’t leave reviews but they really were amazing ! 10/10 recommend !

Management is doing amazing. The service me and son received the 1st night visiting was so warm and inviting Thank you Ginny and Katherine (friendly host) they worked great together. I was very impressed. I came back for dinner had Bella as our server so, sweet and professional, excellent customer service. Jordan tonight did not disappoint. Resturant was busy and his attitude was professional and welcoming to complaint the team. Great Staff and team work! I will shout the cooks reminded me how great Applebees food taste. We have visited every day, we on day 4 and I look forward to having lunch and or dinner with this team. Southern hospitality with classic food

Don't ever sleep on Applebee's. I forgot about this restaurant for a while, but just happened to drive by around lunch time. Their food and service was amazing. Their dining area was very clean and the food came quick and hot. I was observing the take out and people didn't seem to wait long for that either. The staff was very friendly and even the manager came to check on everyone. They had great 1/2 off appetizer specials, drink specials and an all you can eat going on. It was a delightful experience. 10 stars

The food & service is usually very good and we go they're about every week.
I got the bourbon sirloin last night. It was spot on, cooked medium rare as I like on one of those sizzling plates. Keeps things hot as I like. The flavor was awesome. 8 oz is perfect size. I just wish they would have gave me a little bit of veggies with it but otherwise everything was great. I'll be back!

6/22/2025 8:15pm Jacksonville Fl, the time is not even pesk hours. It took 1hr just for us to get cold food. Service horrible the takeout is not available at their station. The servers are nasty did not offer to get the takeout person. I had to find the manager Johnnie H. cannot handle task of the restaurant. The restaurant is giving low quality service. Applebee's used to be awesome now just horrible service and food. The staff is low quality and rude.

I usually have a good experience at this Applebee’s, but during a recent to-go order, I was met with unnecessary rudeness from a server named Ashlyn. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and I only had a simple question. I understand she may not handle to-go orders, but the attitude was uncalled for.
