Understaffed on Valentine's

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was told there would be an hour wait, yet the dining area was nearly empty—at least 85% of the tables were open. Meanwhile, multiple servers were just standing around near the bar, not attending to anyone. When I asked about the wait, the staff was dismissive and rude. It’s baffling that a restaurant with open tables and idle servers would turn away paying customers. It seems like they have no interest in providing good service or making money. I won’t be returning.

I don’t understand how a restaurant chain as big as this one, is not prepared for a holiday like Valentine’s Day. They seem to be out of everything even silverware, waited 40+ minutes for the appetizer to come out. And then it took an hour for the entre to arrive only for it to be cold and disgusting. I took a few bites and couldn’t eat it. The servers looked stressed, I wasn’t the only one unsatisfied, other costumers were complaining. I’m sure they ruined Valentine’s Day for lots of people, 70+ dollars down the damn drain. I don’t recommend it, will never be back. Do better Applebees.

I’ve been here since 7:15. Finally got greeted at 7:30. Finally got my drink at 7:50 and it’s now 8 and i have no food. Apologies, manager visit. Nothing. Don’t come here.

Unimpressed with my delivery order accuracy and I realize the restaurant was short staffed. Lots of paid extras missing. I spoke to the manager, Jess, at the JTB location, who was so incredibly kind, understanding, apologetic and willing to make it right. THAT is amazing customer service and she is the reason I will order again! Do whatever you need to to keep a great manager like Jess. Customer service can make up for a lot!

I'm literally watching 6 servers walk past 3 occupied tables and all walking/talking saying they don't know what's going on...and not one is taking orders....doing nothing. ....it gets better, I decide to leave and the bartender is outside talking to what looks like her boyfriend...she literally just told me she wd get my order

I wd suggest. Go inside seat yourself and call a order in...eat it their...

But really good chicken sandwich if u can actually order one.

The waitress was perky, but lacked in memory, she also charged us wrong and I didn't realize until after we left (my fault)
Chicken was a huge chunk and fatty. Need more servers, several open tables and a 15-20 min wait.
