They're out of many signature drinks. Not good for customers to hear no you can't have that because we're out. No draft beer as our cooker is malfunctioned. And we had to wait for them to make their perfect margaritas. And we didn't get discount for the wait & limited choices.

Welp I’m a pretty good judge of Applebee’s, been there so much and at different locations. This one stood out. No negative vibes from any of the employees and our server in particular was Outstanding. The sizzling chicken and shrimp was a cut above the average Applebee’s. Well seasoned, seared, flavorful and hot. Even tho it was late to close (less than hour then half hour) everyone kept working and there were no boo hoos cause some customers walked in late. I tipped well and recommended this location for great execution of their experience . Chicken fried wontons, artichoke dip, and sizzling chicken and shrimp all were above par in my experienceParking: Well lit 360 degreesWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to front door. There is a side door for orders to go or door dash , etc

I ordered delivery and they delivered the smallest piece of brownie I’ve seen I was checking the menu if it said mini brownie but no. Just the one that was served to me. The advertised picture looks nothing like that, I’ve attached it as well.

I’d share an experience if I actually physically received the food my pregnant fiancée ordered, but here I am exactly one month later and still waiting on, which may be the longest ticket time ever, for anyone involved in this organization to contact us and rectify their insane lack of customer service, and the only product we received was given to my fiance iv the form of insult and ridicule from their amazing in house joke of a “chef”….. I hope corporate eventually slides into this particular establishment before I ever have some wild idea and place myself in it again…. Be always happy, unless belly in full

Absolutely unacceptable service. Waited for 30 minutes and no one even offered water, not to mention to take order. Asked twice about our server, they both mentioned that they would check, and no one still showed up.
