Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Sorry to say but the staff is very unprofessional. Sat in the booth for 45min and asked for sweet tee. Still got nothing .waiter said every one complained about that.. he said he could switch it out or I can use packets of sugar.. done with lunch and gave credit card to the waiter.. he walked away I started to slide out of my booth and noticed my card by the front door on the floor. The waiter walks by me three times looking for my card.. I stand up he brings me the receipt book and I said I gave you a card. He then said you did .. then the hunt gets more drastic. I told the manager and gave him the card and he handed it back to the waiter .. waiter said was looking for that.. manager lol and they both lol .. glad I picked it up.. not good .. .. no longer will come here

I ordered curbside pickup and when I placed my order I was asked for the make and model of my vehicle. I got there at the exact time it was supposed to be ready. After waiting over 15 minutes I went in and told they didn't have anyone taking care of curbside. I told the bartender that they should put a note on the door to let people know because there were two other people waiting for their food to be brought out. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. It will be a long time before I go back, if I ever go again. There are just to many other restaurants in the area to put up with poor service.

The bartender is great. Good recommendations and service. The pretzels are good for a bar appetizer.

We arrived at 12, they close at 2 AM, but everyone was seated the same very crowded corner. We waited 3 minutes and sat ourselves. We sat in a quiet booth facing the television at the bar, we waited 1.5 minutes and a waiter from the other side of the restaurant was the first to speak to us. He tried to locate our waiter, then took it upon himself to wait on us. He was polite and speedy earned 5 Stars for his SOLO efforts.

Food and service..great. Cocktails were not so good.Margaritas tasted like just sweet and sour mix. Even the strawberry was Extremely sour

After 19 hours of driving this was just what we needed. Fed the kids and ourselves easily. The bartender was great.

Service was very slow... Not enough help maybe. I had a over loaded fajita. My food was over cooked and the rice was not cooked all the way. I also received wrong receipt. Maybe it was just a bad night. Waiter was a very nice guy. But over all I will never eat there again. It's bad if my son won't eat there either he's not a picky person, where as I am.

The worst experience ever. We were in town for my sister's high school graduation and we figured we would be in and out in no time and have some decent food. Boy were we wrong. It took us over an hour to get food. The Manager was of no help. Then when we finally got our bill it was completely incorrect. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Don't bother with this place.

Steak was over cooked and my mash potatoes were cold. Server didn't refill my drink. Left hungry and stopped to get fast food after paying $40.81 plus a $5.00 tip. I'm still giving 5 stars because we are humans and we make mistakes. Tighten up Applebees, you're better than this!

The place was really cold so we ate outside. Our server, Andrew, was really nice and was joking around with the table which was enjoyable.

Very nice waiter. Check on my table periodically without asking for him. Very good Customer Service. Dollarita was the only drink I did not like. (Extremely Sweet)

Food was good but server was inexperienced. He was nice but forgot he offered a drink from the bar before we got our meal. He brought the drink when we were about to leave. Few other incidents of the same thing.

Went during lunch time here and had a great experience! Hostess was very welcoming with a great attitude! Place had a great atmosphere, nice and cozy! Food was hot and good! Will come back again.

VERY unsanitary place! That's as much as I can say. Dirty plates, foggy plastic glass, rusty utensils! Food came out quickly and server was nice but that's about it. My friend and I literally went to the bathroom 30min after we ate there! Although I love Applebees , I will definitely not recommend this location!
