Honestly, one of the nastiest restaurants I've ever been to (if not the nastiest). It looked like a war zone - the ground was littered with trash and the tables were a mess as well. The only redeeming quality of this place was the incredibly sweet waitress I had - god bless her because that place and it's food is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Sorry to say but the staff is very unprofessional. Sat in the booth for 45min and asked for sweet tee. Still got nothing .waiter said every one complained about that.. he said he could switch it out or I can use packets of sugar.. done with lunch and gave credit card to the waiter.. he walked away I started to slide out of my booth and noticed my card by the front door on the floor. The waiter walks by me three times looking for my card.. I stand up he brings me the receipt book and I said I gave you a card. He then said you did .. then the hunt gets more drastic. I told the manager and gave him the card and he handed it back to the waiter .. waiter said was looking for that.. manager lol and they both lol .. glad I picked it up.. not good .. .. no longer will come here

We came into the entrance of Applebee's and gazed opponents an near-to-empty restaurant and came across with no servers to attend to us(party of 7)....in 5 minutes, the manager came to ask the typical questions like a server would say. Later, says to wait a minute.... so we sat and waited for 15 minutes...*manager comes back* says,"we'll be right with you, we just need a server for you." (Keep in mind that it's an almost-empty restaurant).....so we waited another 30 minutes. Applebee's in town enter is going downhill w/ poor customer service, employees on stand-by

I ordered curbside pickup and when I placed my order I was asked for the make and model of my vehicle. I got there at the exact time it was supposed to be ready. After waiting over 15 minutes I went in and told they didn't have anyone taking care of curbside. I told the bartender that they should put a note on the door to let people know because there were two other people waiting for their food to be brought out. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. It will be a long time before I go back, if I ever go again. There are just to many other restaurants in the area to put up with poor service.

Hello all. Today the wife and I went to Applebee's at Town Center for a early lunch and left pissed!! When we got there we were the first customers so we figured the food should be on point!! Sorry for ASSuming! Our food came out and it tasted like the cook poured a entire can of salt on the food!! We spoke with the manager and left!! Stay tuned for our next stop after this trash!!

We arrived at 12, they close at 2 AM, but everyone was seated the same very crowded corner. We waited 3 minutes and sat ourselves. We sat in a quiet booth facing the television at the bar, we waited 1.5 minutes and a waiter from the other side of the restaurant was the first to speak to us. He tried to locate our waiter, then took it upon himself to wait on us. He was polite and speedy earned 5 Stars for his SOLO efforts.

After 19 hours of driving this was just what we needed. Fed the kids and ourselves easily. The bartender was great.
Service was very slow... Not enough help maybe. I had a over loaded fajita. My food was over cooked and the rice was not cooked all the way. I also received wrong receipt. Maybe it was just a bad night. Waiter was a very nice guy. But over all I will never eat there again. It's bad if my son won't eat there either he's not a picky person, where as I am.

The worst experience ever. We were in town for my sister's high school graduation and we figured we would be in and out in no time and have some decent food. Boy were we wrong. It took us over an hour to get food. The Manager was of no help. Then when we finally got our bill it was completely incorrect. If i could give it 0 stars i would. Don't bother with this place.

Steak was over cooked and my mash potatoes were cold. Server didn't refill my drink. Left hungry and stopped to get fast food after paying $40.81 plus a $5.00 tip. I'm still giving 5 stars because we are humans and we make mistakes. Tighten up Applebees, you're better than this!

This location wasn't too bad on a Friday night and was catching up with a girlfriend. We were greeted, seated and then followed by with the waiter taking our beverage orders. I ordered a water and diet coke and my girlfriend order a few alcoholic drinks. As the main course, I got the Build Your Own Appetizer Sampler with 3 choices: Boneless wings (Buffalo), Chicken Quesadillas, and Chicken Wonton Tacos. Boneless wings were hot, crispy and buffalo spicy dipped in ranch. The quesadillas were cooked well, hot, cheesy and grilled chicken dipped with the salsa. I believe the best sampler (for me) was the Chicken Wonton Tacos - crispy, good balance of taste between the grilled chicken and vegetables. Overall, the experience was good with the exception of our waiter forgetting the silverware and drink refills, but wasn't that bad as he was kind and friendly. It appeared he looked a bit nervous, so I assumed that maybe he was newer or not used to an okay-busy night. Other than that, nothing egregious that would impact my review of the establishment and would come back here again in the future.
