Just want to give a shout out to this location....decided we didn't want to cook on Easter or go out, family of 5 ordered food for pick up, EVERYTHING was correct, was ready on time and it was all great, not one thing to complain about, actually we were so grateful for great food and no mess.Thank you ?

Nevertheless, I appreciated the restaurant's gesture of offering free refills and demonstrating common courtesy, which helped to mitigate my disappointment.I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at the restaurant, and I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the Tipsy Shark drink that was served. I also shared a pleasant conversation with Jenny, one of the employees, which added to the celebratory mood of the evening.On one visit, however, I experienced a delay in the service, and my order took longer than expected. I had to go inside to place my order, and the process took more than 20 minutes, which was somewhat frustrating. I ordered four meals, including a burger, onion rings, and a separate side of ribs and French fries. While the fries did not match the quality of Bono's, they were still decent.I also encountered an issue with my previous order, which took a while to resolve and ended up costing me extra. I believe this was due to a misunderstanding, but the manager's intervention helped resolve the issue, which I appreciated.Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to others, although some minor improvements are necessary. Despite the setbacks, I would rate the restaurant three stars for its excellent atmosphere, friendly employees, and delicious food.Finally, I would like to provide an update on my most recent visit on March 20th, 2024. My order amounted to $53.36 with tax. While I had to wait for 20-30 minutes for my order, and an extra 5-10 minutes to receive my change, Michael L. helped provide me with my receipt. After a very rude experience at the Applebee's on JTB, by a bitter little bartender ( picture Danny Devito as a female with purple hair) but we were wanting the boneless wings, we drove a few miles down 95 to the Applebee's on Old St Augustine road, where Jenn greeted us very nicely, took our orders, was very pleasant, attentive and attractive. Then John came on duty, who, while not attractive (at least to us guys) also did a great job making us feel welcome and our business appreciated.
