Second time here, Seen the remote on the table tried to change the channel and had two employees approach me. Telling me I couldn't use the T.V that I couldn't change the channel and took the remote from me. I asked them, ("What was the point of having a TV in here, if the customers couldnt use it.") ??♀️ They're Response, "I don't know".Just Sad.(Saturday lunch 1pm 3/23/24)

The new mint chocolate shakes at Arby's are absolutely delicious!!! A must try if you are a mint chocolate lover. HOWEVER, I have learned that all Arby's locations are different. On that note...BUYER BEWARE! If you order the limited Mint Chocolate Shake at this location, you will get a mint shake. It's good, but not what I expected...especially since I know better. You won't get chocolate, nor whipped cream...so don't waste your money here if you want to try it or want another. As for the location itself...quick service, but not exactly friendly and I didn't get what I ordered and I'm grateful I didn't order a ton of stuff. There is ample parking and the traffic is interesting (kind of yucky) coming and going out of the parking lot.

Check your food before driving off. Every time I ask for no tomatoes on my chicken bacon & swiss not only do they put on tomatoes but I could swear they give me extra tomatoes just for asking. 3 times this month!

Placed a to go order at the drive through, several items were left out of my order, which I did not notice until I got home. And it was a small order for 2 people, with an extra side each. My wife did not finish her Roastbeef sandwich, as it was far too salty, and the bread was mushy, and the tomato on my sandwich was basically slimy mush, and the meat barely warm.The food not tasting good, and items left out of my order are the reasons for the poor review. I like Arby's in general, but will not purchase from this location again.

Pleasant staff, food was hot and fresh, and those mac & cheese bites... man oh man, they were delicious! I wanted to turn back around and get some more. My experience at this location was great.

I just wanted to take the time to leave a positive review because of the exceptional customer service I received here today. I came thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered a double beef n cheddar sandwich, but realized after i got back to work and went to eat it that they forgot the cheese sauce. Unfortunately either i misplaced the receipt or it wasnt in the bag, so i took a couple pictures and went back in there today. Marley, as well as the rest of the staff, was extremely helpful and polite, not only did he replace my sandwich, he gave me fries and a drink and a coupon to use next time i come in to cover the inconvenience of having to come back. I will definitely be returning to this location specifically thanks to Marley and the rest of the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Thanks again Marley! :)
