It’s raining here today right now as I type this review. Had no idea I’d have to stop to the speaker to pick up a UE order. I’m literally at the window. The young lady opens the window, I tell her that I’m picking up for UE she tells me to go back around to the speaker. Mind you it’s raining and IM AT THE WINDOW. Then says its policy. Nowhere does it mentions that other than to come in the store but since it’s raining and you don’t want to get the customers food wet so the next best option is to come drive thru. No cats behind me, FYI. Update your policy or train those weirdos at the window

Got an italian sub, took a bite and something tasted weird, turns out it was old nearly rotten lettuce. Do you guys even look at the produce before you throw it on something? Would you eat it? Disgusted and disappointed. :(

Stoppped by for something small to eat before we went to aldis so I ordered the Mac and cheese and when I tell u $4 and some change for 10 noodles is outrageous, asked them to put more Mac n cheese or something and they said that’s the portion size, if your gonna charge $4 for Mac and cheese atleast give a decent portion

Mac and cheese was cold. The roast beef sandwiches were just theow together. The only good food was the curly fries. Customer service wasn't very nice, but not the worst

My order was placed through the Arby's app. The store that populated was on Dunn, but somehow, it ended with Arby's #7750, River City, through Doordash. Evidently, that store opens at 9AM for DD, NOT the 10AM shown on Google (DD drivers should use the drive-thru, if you're reading this.) A special shout out to Makelle, for letting me know what was up, and for the Arby's sauces the app wouldn't let me add. A dbl Arby's RB, 2 strips with ranch, a Large fry and Sprite, with 3 sliders- no cheese. Makelle ensured my order was correct! And bonus? My order arrived 10m before the store opened. Thanks, Makelle, to you and your team! 💯
