I wish I could give this location zero stars. We have gone a couple times over the years and every time it has been awful, the food is almost never warm, quality is terrible and this last time as soon as we took the food from the bag there were MULTIPLE hairs in the fries! Absolutely disgusting. We ended up throwing everything out and trying to call the location directly but nobody bothered to pick up. Reached out the their customer support and still haven’t heard anything back. I can’t believe they think that this is okay. Don’t even bother going to this Arby’s.
Just straight up rude. Acted as if I was bothering someone as I was willing to give you money for food. So I left since my buissness was inconvenient for you. Hey GM. Get your people in check. There costing you money. Also I see you've had seen pretty bad reviews lately and I've seen your response. Do not send me a link to do a survey to see how you can improve things. That's your easy job. It's not rocket science.

Terrible experience at the drive through. We got around and they missed adding our burger to our order and we told the lady at the drive through and she said drive around to add it on so we did because that can be understandable with lines and system. We get back around and she said for a plain burger for our daughter it would be 6 dollars instead of telling us a price at the box she waits to tell us that at the window so I said that was kind of a waste of our time to drive around in the line twice which she responds by laughing in our face like it was the best part of her day. The dry food we did get was not worth the customer service. Their is no balance and we won't be back. I can honestly say this has been my worst/humilitaing experience at a drive through in 32 years of life. Not like this will make a difference but who you hire makes a difference. I couldn't even get a name without a name tag on ?♀️

I ordered the deluxe bacon burger meal and a 6 pc mozzarella sticks. The burger was old and dry and crumbly, the fries were warm like they had been sitting, sad to say that they mozzarella sticks were the only fresh thing that I got. I will not be returning to this location ever.

I order a buffalo chicken slider and 4 piece mozz sticks. The chick asks if I want sauces. I say no bc I don't need anything but what comes with what I got. Didn't even put the marinara in the bag. Why do I need to request that you include the dips THAT GO WITH THE FOOD? Also ordered a brisket sandwich that was "ok". And the slider is now on a Hawaiian sweet roll and balled like a snowball on soggy bread. Needless to say, y'all need to do more than remodeling the store before I eat at there again

The food was good, as was the shake. Mainly disappointed that the 2 cups of cheddar cheese I added on was forgotten, but they make sure to always charge a dollar each for them. This isn’t even the third time this has happened, and I normally don’t complain it’s just that I wouldn’t even order fries from here if I knew the sauce I was charged extra for would be left out every time. But other than the cheddar sauce (all other sauces were in the bag) and the fries not being near as enjoyable the sandwich was decent…
Went again a month after the above original review and the 4 cups of cheddar I ordered were both charged and forgotten, my mistake for not checking the bag I was just hoping I didn’t have to. I could have gotten an entire sandwich for the price of all the sauce that was charged and not given, even though the bag was loaded with ketchup and others I didn’t ask for or want.
My husband and I went in last night at 9:30, after a few minutes the lady opening trash bags and throwing them on the floor finally took our order. We made our drinks and sat down. After 15 minutes my husband went to the counter to ask about our order since we haven't received it yet and they said they are starting it then. 15 minutes later! 5 more minutes and we asked for a manager, who was outside with the taco bell girl. When we asked for a refund for waiting over 20 minutes she didn't not apologize ask if she could make things better, didn't even ask what happened! We will not be back to this location.
