It’s raining here today right now as I type this review. Had no idea I’d have to stop to the speaker to pick up a UE order. I’m literally at the window. The young lady opens the window, I tell her that I’m picking up for UE she tells me to go back around to the speaker. Mind you it’s raining and IM AT THE WINDOW. Then says its policy. Nowhere does it mentions that other than to come in the store but since it’s raining and you don’t want to get the customers food wet so the next best option is to come drive thru. No cats behind me, FYI. Update your policy or train those weirdos at the window

Got an italian sub, took a bite and something tasted weird, turns out it was old nearly rotten lettuce. Do you guys even look at the produce before you throw it on something? Would you eat it? Disgusted and disappointed. :(
Stoppped by for something small to eat before we went to aldis so I ordered the Mac and cheese and when I tell u $4 and some change for 10 noodles is outrageous, asked them to put more Mac n cheese or something and they said that’s the portion size, if your gonna charge $4 for Mac and cheese atleast give a decent portion

Few bad experiences here. Poor service last time... husband said never again. I convinced him to try one more time. This time they served us with cold au jus. Is what it is, i guess. But like, literally cold.
