My experience at this location can be summed up by saying: the food was as cold as the service. I wouldn't mind spending almost 20 dollars for just a reuben sandwich, fries, and a shake cause I am very confident that Arby's delivers and got the "meats," but this time the service and food fell short. A comma was placed for my name, (I came into the lobby instead of drive thru and i guess my name didn't matter) and my food was tossed and left on the counter as a second thought even though I stood awaiting patently.

Riddle....Why does Arby's commercials say we have the meat? Cause they don't put it on that sandwhiched. It's still in the store. Just got the new brown sugar bacon sandwich. I kind you not it was loaded with thin no sugar less than a quarter inch pieces of bacon. Pitiful. Will not be returning

At Arby's, I ordered a fish sandwich meal with fries and a shake. It all tasted better than I expected. I will be going to Arby's more often than some of the places I usually go.
Pregnancy cravings led me to want a milkshake twice over the past month. I work around the corner and visited on 2 different occasions, both times I was told their machine is down. The visits were 2 weeks apart. My baby is satisfied tho cause I went next door to Hardee's. Thankful for so many options in the area ?
It was the smallest French dip sandwich I have ever had.... my daughters beef and cheddar had 3x the meat....

Just throw the sandwich in the bag. For the price of them you'd think you'd get more than 2 slices of meat. Half the time the sandwich isn't even cut in half or toasted. Y'all advertise ( we have the meats) but lack putting it in sandwiches.
