When they finally DID answer the phone, the line was so full of static it was impossible to get any compensation. I love your food, Arby's, but this was the single worst visit to an Arby's in my entire life ... and I've been a regular customer since 1995. Get your crap together.

Food and drive thru was great however upset had to come all the way from St Augustine florida to this location because online showed one in St Augustine opened off 312 got there its was shut down for construction.
Came in 11/17/24 around 540pm, it took about 2 minutes to be greet and the woman working came up with her cell phone in hand from the back. The lobby floor was beyond STICKY, disgusting 🤢🤮. Shoes sticking to the floor sticky. Management need to take more pride in keeping the lobby clean and employees should not be on their phones in front of customers or around food making areas. A report will be made to the health department on the condition of this store.
