Came in to The drive-thru to do an Uber eats delivery and ordered a medium fry and a Dr. Pepper. Friendly girl at the window, even gave me a large for the small wait, but did forget my drink. Not a huge deal over $2.99 or whatever tiny

This Arby's badly needs a restaurant rescue. Staff morale seems low. Always check the orders before you leave because something WILL be missing. This time it was the aujus dip for the French Dips (!!). I could understand if the place was slammed but we were the only order up, nobody else was there lol. The bread for the french dips was tough & nerfy. We stopped getting curly fries because they're always overfried & hard probably from sitting under lamps all day, but even the crinkle fries are bad now. The only consistently decent item here is the greek gyros. Exhibit A in fast food getting worse & more expensive. If not for the overflow it gets from the busy ChikFila next door, this place would've gone under long ago. It's always dead in the evening for a reason.

I feel like Iâm being nice giving three stars, considering. The place was empty and yet all the tables had a layer of dust, crumbs and leftover food. I do recognize it is Arbyâs and my expectations should be as such but about once a year I get a hankering for it and we left, unfortunately, disappointed. My husbandâs beef and cheddar sandwich was soaked with sauces and cold. He doesnât like to make a fuss so he didnât take it back up and just ended up throwing away most of it. I guess itâs just crazy to me that when itâs empty the place isnât at least cleaner and food warm. Oh well.

I came here and enjoyed a good laugh while I waited for my food. The two young lady managers Leah and keke were so nice and made sure I had every I needed. Everytime I come everyone is so nice and welcoming

I visited this location at 10pm and Lauren was working the drive thru. She was so kind and friendly, even though we showed up so late at night! She was helpful in making sure our order was correct and we had the sauce we want. She even assured us the food was hot and freshly made, which we really appreciated! Great service, great food, and overall experience was awesome.

The franchise owner should visit this store and consider firing the store manager! My wife and I were there twice recently because the neighboring Chick-fil-A was too busy. On our last visit, we ordered two chicken burgers and a big burger. It took 15 minutes to receive the chicken burgers, and I was told I had to wait longer for the hamburger.
To my horror, one of the chicken breasts was entirely raw! This is a serious health hazard and completely unacceptable. Additionally, it seems their Coke is not diet, as my Libre 3 sensor showed my glucose spiking from 110 to 260 immediately after consuming it.
When I complained to the front desk, I did receive a refund, but even after 30 minutes, my hamburger was still not ready. To top it all off, the floor was sticky, and the store was noticeably dirty compared to other Arby's locations.
This store needs urgent attention and improvement. We like Arby's but we will not be returning to this store.
Parking: lots of parking space, because no customers during dining time

The owner of this franchise should visit this store to see how the employees are. I was there at 12:30 June 27 th inside the restaurant for a dine in order. It took 10 minutes just to have someone acknowledge I was there. It then took another 5 minutes to have someone take my order. After my order was placed it was another 10 minutes before I received my food. On another note 3 other customers walked out because they couldnât get anyone to wait on them. FYI the fryer was down so no fries or sandwiches were available. Will not be returning to Arbyâs again.
