An older man took my order, dressed in normal Arby’s clothing, not a manager so I asked him if he was a manager he said no I am the owner. Ladies and gentlemen, that store is so clean. It’s remarkable of how well it’s kept up And three of his employees one was a manager told me he’s there three times a week and it shows I go out to eat a lot and I don’t think I’ve seen a fast food restaurant. Look that good ever.

This Arby's badly needs a restaurant rescue. Staff morale seems low. Always check the orders before you leave because something WILL be missing. This time it was the aujus dip for the French Dips (!!). I could understand if the place was slammed but we were the only order up, nobody else was there lol. The bread for the french dips was tough & nerfy. We stopped getting curly fries because they're always overfried & hard probably from sitting under lamps all day, but even the crinkle fries are bad now. The only consistently decent item here is the greek gyros. Exhibit A in fast food getting worse & more expensive. If not for the overflow it gets from the busy ChikFila next door, this place would've gone under long ago. It's always dead in the evening for a reason.
