I am a former employee of Arby's in Jacksonville & I frequently visit Arby's in various locations & typically love it. Arby's is my favorite restaurant because I typically feel comfortable there I'm transgender and normally I'm feminine and I get a lot of hatred and prejudice & discrimination my way. I was in the RVs at this location listed above 13696 Beach Boulevard the other day I had just spent $12 on food every time I'm in there I always buy something and typically if I'm there for a longer period of time charging my devices I will buy numerous items throughout the night I live in a camper van that is currently down I'm in the process of fixing it and moving to St Augustine so I don't have power in my camper van so I have to come and charge my devices so that I can work I'm an investor I work online I learn things and I typically feel comfortable and relax in Arby's. I was in Arby's the other day with another man I met in Target we walked over and I had a car from Target with some items in it that I had purchased and I came over with him and he had a bike and I offered to buy him some money because he was helping me to fix my camper van and get it running so that we could go out of town and get work he works at a local Winn-Dixie well the manager Misti came and was extremely rude told us that we had to move the target cart and then when I pushed the Target card away from the store she kicked us out I had just spent $12 there I spend money there almost every single day. She was rudel, insulting & obnoxious. We were just about to leave anyway. I'm a veteran & exercise my right to free speech.

We just walked in. One man was asking for his money back. The other man said he had been there 26 minutes. We stood there for about 4 to 5 minutes waiting to even be addressed. The man in front of us also asked for a refund. The girl at the register was scratching her ear and side of her face. 5 clueless people who have no clue what they are doing. Obviously no manager there. We just walked outAbsolutely pathethic customer service. Arbys has always been my favorite fast food but the help is really lacking. We are at Freddy's hamburgers a few doors down. I would advise arbys just to shut the doors at that location. Youare losing a lot of business!

When we got back home our entire order was wrong and when I went back to show them my receipt with the items in the bag I was told they were closing. I definitely would not ever recommend coming to this Arby’s if you’re looking for a good fast food carry out dinner.

The king Hawaiian turkey bacon sandwich I ordered comes warmed in the microwave to melt the cheese and heat up the cold turkey, they didn’t even bother heating it up, it was ice cold. My mozzarella sticks were cold and missing the marinara sauce, my jalapeño bites were cold and missing the bronco berry sauce. I’ve never been so disappointed by Arby’s, I rarely ever go anymore, but it was my first job many years ago so it’s sad to see the lack of pride or care they had in making my food. Won’t be back sadly.

The Staff was Fantastic, Awesome customer service post at the counter and in the galley / kitchen area!!! Good people, employees, are hard to come by take care of them if you want to keep them. Customer service can make or break a business.
This place needs a face-lift and a good cleaning. Food was good, server did awesome job , condiment dispensers were nasty.

I tried the drive thru but nobody would answer the intercom, 2 cars ahead left. Went inside and ordered cheese sticks. 4 were old and 2 were new. 6 bucks for 4 string cheeses

Just one time I would like to go here and get hot fries instead of ones that are luke warm. We usually go right after opening in the morning and the place has a dirty look to it, like it wasn't cleaned over night: floor and tables dirty, soda machine area very messy and dirty, sticky floors.

If I could give it a zero I would. Only 1 person was wearing gloves and everyone else were touching there hair, phones, eating and not paying attention to anyone that was walking up to order. I sat in disgust watching them not once washing their hands. I come from a food and beverage company so this will be reported.

Had the new big game burger (elk/venison) for the 1st time 2 days ago and was very good and juicy. So I picked up 2 more today for me and my roommate after I was talking about them. These were over cooked, dried out and an extremely gamey taste and smell. So much so we couldn't even finish them. The smell was horrible. I don't know what happend. Also ordered nine piece boneless wings and there was only 3 pieces that had actual meat in them and by far the smallest "boneless wings" I've ever seen. They literally counted chunks of breading as a wing. Unfortunately I didn't check before I got home and was not driving back... very disappointing. I've never really had any issues with this Arby's before. But service seemed alright.
