Had a bad experience 2 years ago, thought I give them a second chance and try their highly publicized new menu item, the fried fish sandwich. Ugh! Extremely disappointing, the fish was cold, and their was no sauce, just a few shreds of lettuce. Dry sandwich, cold, disappointing. The fries were luke warm. The taste, appearance, and consistency reminded me of a cheap frozen fish stick!

Usually not crowded and the staff is always friendly. If you can, avoid the Wendy’s across the street and come here. I use their app and order ahead; I’ve never had to wait once. Just be aware, if you order in the app and they are out of the item at the restaurant, they can’t give refunds for any online or mobile orders.

Used a "free" sandwich coupon, and the service and sandwich was exactly what everyone hopes for. The manager with the tattoo sleeved arms took care of me and I am grateful for her. The lady at the front counter was polite and both made me feel welcome. THANK YOU.
