Every time I go into the Arby's on 301 south Baldwin Florida in the TA truck stop there's always a problem this time around the manager like usual is standing at the front counter with a attitude refusing to acknowledge us when someone finally does they take our order that person is the only one to do anything even after asking for help there was 4 other people including the Manager and they all refused to help her talking about they didn't wanna do it. Arby's you need to step it up this was Jan 15 at 735 pm

Truck driver.I ordered the steak nuggets to take with me for later. Drove away. When I parked and opened the box. This is what was inside. Charcoal. The steak was burnt to a crisp. Hard as rocks. Don't order the steak nuggets at this place. Utter garbage 🗑. They deserve zero stars. The girl that took my order was very pleasant and polite. She's wasting her time, working for these clowns.

Arby's has forgotten who they are. Went in to try to get something to eat, but unfortunately they want $14 for a regular small combo. Are you insane? What is the matter with you people? It's arby's, it's not fine dining. It's just a quick sandwich. You need to have a five dollar combo not a ridiculous combo for that much money. All of you restaurants have forgotten who you are. This is fast food. This is not fine dining.Remember that. I'll never come out here again. They think because you're out here in the middle of nowhere, but they can overprice everything, because they have a captive audience you're wrong, I will go without before I pay that much money for a crappy fast food sandwich. None of it's fresh, it's just processed food, so what is the problem? Why are you making it so expensive. It's cheaper to eat good food than it is to eat this garbage. They've lost their mind
My wife and I place our order, she ordered a French dip, combo small and a apple pie shake, I ordered the 1/2 pound roast beef and cheddar combo, medium.
The manager on duty was very unprofessional, calling our number and stating here your food, never acknowledging us.
My wife brings the food to the table and starts to go threw the bags, she was given a gyro and I was given a regular beef and cheddar sandwich.
My wife wasn't charged for the shake, she offered to pay for it, they remade our order and explained we can keep the other food, they also made 2 apple pie shakes, I have diabetes and Im handicapped. I also would like to add the manager on duty never apologized for her actions.
I would like to add, I'm 48, My wife is 45, we look like were in our 20s, some people don't even know you but treat you with disrespect.
I have a military ID, they never asked for it, after they saw my ID, they started asking every customer......
