I didn’t get no straws. I have two drinks and a shake. I have no way of drinking the shake cause I’m in a hotel room. I asked for extra sauce packets so the gave me none. No napkins either. The curly fries are hard as a rock. Just absolutely lazy service. This store does not speak for all Arby’s. I very rarely run into bad service at an Arby’s . It’s obviously the people they have employed at this one is the problem.

My jalapeno bites were hard as a rock and there was no bronco sauce for my order. My chocolate shake had no straw. These are things employees should pay attention to for customer orders instead of the customer having to wait long periods to get their food hot and fresh with the proper condiments for the orders. My 9 year old niece could do better.

I Arby's on Beach boulevard I went to Arby's do not have access to your own drink they have to do it for you do not have access to all the condiments that you need for your food what else when I set up my sleep all the ice supposedly they put in their cups are gone cuz you can't put your own amount that you like I wouldn't go to it again because I like one since you can do it yourself

Not the worst fast food restaurant but pretty close to it the food was disgusting the napkins that came with my order smelled like mildew and I'm pretty sure they food poisoned me this location used to be run now whoever is in charge doesn't care I am honestly shocked the place still has the ability to serve food.
