I waited in line for 10 mins tonight 02/17/2025 for the employees to chase a dog around the parking lot and when the dog finally gets in the car they go back in and gets back on the speaker. Makes no sense .

Can't rate anything. Get off of work wanting arbys. Get there. Sitting there for literally 5 minutes at speaker at not one word to me. Said hello nothing. Along comes an employee from back of parking lot smoking his vape walking to back door. Goes inside. Still nothing. 7 minutes now and still nothing. Drove off and came by drive through window. That same male employee wearing a beany handing out food. No way he even washed his hands. I work in the food industry. Very very sad. I've never experienced this horrible of service. Can't even say that because I got no service at all. Not even a word. Know you have cameras around just like us. Just horrible so together when I just wanted one sandwich and now can't get it.

The front employees are great, the store and restroom was clean, but the food was almost roast beef jerky. Meat was dry and the bun was stale. Didn't have time to take it back.

So I ordered off of uber eats with a total of $28.78 for a roast beef gyro, 6 piece mozzarella sticks and a 5 piece chicken tender see with my sauces and NEVER RECEIVED my tenders nor mozzarella sticks smh. Called up to Arby’s on Dunn and no answer the first five times I called and when I did get through someone hung up on me.
