I ordered an Hawaiian Fish Sandwich Meal and though the drive thru person was really nice, I was given an old sandwich with burnt bread.

My last few purchases were terrible. Either the fries are cold or everything is cold. I don't get why restaurants think it's ok to serve what they have vice giving us fresh food.

My family and I enjoyed our meals very much from this Arby’s. We haven’t been to one in a while and have been turned off from the other fast food places recently so we wanted to give it a try. The man working was helpful and friendly and the food was great. Would return and recommend. The parking lot nearby looked pretty sketchy, so maybe not best neighborhood. Food was hot and delicious though!

I LITERALLY WENT INSIDE TO AVOID THAT FAT BLK GIRL ON DRIVE THRU. SOMETIMES SHE ACTS LIKE SHE'S ON DRUGS AND HIGH, OTHER TIMES SHE'S A WANNABE MS. KNOW-IT-ALL. THE MAN IN THE LOBBY COULDN'T EVEN TAKE MY ORDER CORRECTLY BECAUSE OF HER. AND I GUESS THE SHIFT LEADER-THE BLK LADY WITH GLASSES WHO LOOKS OLD ENOUGH TO BE MY GREAT GRANDMA.....SHE NASTY TOO. DAM. I GUESS THEY ONLY HIRE BLK PEOPLE ON DUNN AVE. IT USED TO BE DIFFERENT FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE. NOW IT'S "SLEEPY", "DOPEY", AND GRANDMA WITH THE ATTITUDE. I'M GOING TO DEFINITELY CALL CORPORATE.
