Hear me out, this sounds silly but I was having the worst day ever at work and on life. I walked into this location literally just wanting to get a burger and they were so incredibly nice. I wish I would have caught the name of the cashier that took care of me but he was very sweet. Made sure to include he was going to wash his hands before taking my order (I think he'd been sweeping the lobby) and my burger came out fast. I ate the entire thing even though I've been upset for days and didn't want to even eat before then. It was delicious, put together nicely, and they put napkins in the bag too ? Shout out to the sweet cashier who took care of me. This location is definitely got there stuff together and I'd suggest it to anyone who is just craving a good burger. Much love ❤️

Burger on the Commercial looked bigger than what i saw. Yes it did taste good but I expected bigger. And I gotta say this... the curly fries sounds good but when you dump box is maybe 4 curly and the rest crumbs. Work on that

Awesome! Food order was correct. The dining room and rest room were both clean and presentable. The staff was courteous and all busy with no one just standing around. Kyle is running a great store! Keep up the excellent performance. It's no one your store is ranked #1 out of over 40 stores!!!

Great experience there this evening! Kudos to the staff workin around 7:30pm. I had to pull up and wait for my order but not very long at all. The manager (I'm assuming) brought out the food and apologized for the wait, but wanted to make sure the food was hot and fresh. It was and it was delicious! I told him there was no need to apologize. I don't mind waiting a little bit to ensure my meal is fresh. Everything to too expensive nowadays to "splurge" on some fast food just to get cold nasty food. Thanks for the great customer and food!

I went to Arby’s today on Southside Blvd near Publix (Jacksonville, Florida). They have a unleveled hump coming in the rear entrance that tore the covering from the bottom of my Maserati.I was driving very slow and it still sounded like I was in a car accident.I went inside to let the manager know and she said let me call my boss. She called her boss and his response was “what does he want me to do about it” And she was immature enough to repeat it. She then said “what do you want us to do about it, I mean I’m not going out there to fix it for you”. Up until this point I had not been rude at all.I calmly responded, “I just want your corporate office number. Her response was “it’s on the website” as she walked away.AWEFUL customer service and simply nasty attitude.Definitely reporting it to her corporate office and insurance.I will never eat here again! That’s how nasty she was.
