Ordered a #1 with crinkle fries. Got old curly fries and some sandwich that wasn't close to a beef and cheddar. Only thing that was good was the Buffalo slider that was hot and fresh.

Great experience there this evening! Kudos to the staff workin around 7:30pm. I had to pull up and wait for my order but not very long at all. The manager (I'm assuming) brought out the food and apologized for the wait, but wanted to make sure the food was hot and fresh. It was and it was delicious! I told him there was no need to apologize. I don't mind waiting a little bit to ensure my meal is fresh. Everything to too expensive nowadays to "splurge" on some fast food just to get cold nasty food. Thanks for the great customer and food!

I went to Arby’s today on Southside Blvd near Publix (Jacksonville, Florida). They have a unleveled hump coming in the rear entrance that tore the covering from the bottom of my Maserati.I was driving very slow and it still sounded like I was in a car accident.I went inside to let the manager know and she said let me call my boss. She called her boss and his response was “what does he want me to do about it” And she was immature enough to repeat it. She then said “what do you want us to do about it, I mean I’m not going out there to fix it for you”. Up until this point I had not been rude at all.I calmly responded, “I just want your corporate office number. Her response was “it’s on the website” as she walked away.AWEFUL customer service and simply nasty attitude.Definitely reporting it to her corporate office and insurance.I will never eat here again! That’s how nasty she was.
Place has made a successful 180 degree turn around and I am only too happy to give them my business now. Great job!!!

I never give five stars regarding atmosphere, at this place is amazing. This is the nicest Arby's, nay, fast food restaurant of any sort that I've ever been in. I want to live here. Oh yeah, food was hot and fresh too
Usually my corned beef sandwich is very satisfying, but today after my daughter picked one up for me, I tasted it and it had a very funny taste. I tried calling the restaurant several times but no one answered. I’m praying that the sandwich doesn’t hurt me and it isn’t food poisoning. Now I don’t believe I’ll be eating from your restaurant anymore.
