Wish I could give a zero star misty the assistant manager was so disrespectful would not remake horrid stale fry’s that genuinely stunk while I was holding them sat there for 10 min oil was old and gross told us we were wrong and yelled at us I just feel if you work in customer service you should work with the customer this lady definitely needs a different line of work

The Arby's located on Beach Blvd near St John's Bluff Rd is my favorite, as it was the one my late husband and I went to most. He really liked the French dip, and I liked it too, but now I really like the classic Greek Gyro. They have a plentiful menu to choose from and will fix fries with no salt for me when I ask.

What happened to Arby's in Jacksonville.Used to be the best .But I can promise we won't be back .Evsn had to wait .Which is wouldn't mind if the food was fresh and hott.But it was not ..This used be our favorite place to come and my husband would come for lunch four times a week.But it's not like it used to be . Poor quality in food now and customer service is nothing like it used to be.Which we understand.But come on if we going to wait 16 mins aleast let the food be fresh .This is so sad bc Arby's was always our favorite

If you haven’t experienced a Gen Z stare and you want the experience then step inside. It took the 3rd employee emerging to acknowledge my existence (via the stare) after the prior two employees counted the registers money on the counter and said good byes to each other. Hand gestures, after I asked the employee if they’re ok and if they should be ready for an order, were the exclusive communication method . Luckily I can confirm they were ok and eventually asked a question about the orders. None of the sauces were available to use. Probably not to clean up anything on a shift. The food was fine and they got the meats for sure but it’s amazing that the place stays open for business.

The last two times I ordered from here through doordash,the fries were not in the sealed bag with receipt. This was not the driver's fault. They labeled the order as complete. How do you leave out multiple items TWICE in a row? It seems this is one of the Arby's that corporate should've shuttered. If you can't do the job right,close down!
