We had such a wonderful Greek dinner last night at the Athens Cafe. We wanted to take out granddaughter who is half Greek for a going away dinner and just did a Google map search. Boy, did we find a treasure. This family owned restaurant made us feel like coming home. The food was supper. Our waitress ,Victoria, was so caring and talented. She made all the delicious desserts that was like a taste of Europe. We live just north of St Augustine be we will make sure we will make the drive back. I loved the real lemon chicken soup. Thank you for offering the taste of Greece.

I was so pleasantly impressed. The restaurant is nicely appointed and spotless. We were served by the owner who was such a joy. The food was wonderful. I had chicken eggplant parmigiana and my friend had the fish and chips.. a huge portion he couldn't speak highly enough. I honestly couldn't have expected anything more... And the prices are quite reasonable. You can eat from $10 and up with many full meals with sides $16 to $20. Will be going back ASAP.

One of the few places with authentic/traditional greek dishes. Practically all main dishes are health - similar to real Greek food. If you want something more than the standard gyro, pita, and fries, this is it. Wide selection and even the beers are authentic. Cocktail menu looked great. Food itself - delicious. Would definitely bring people back here.

Everything about my experience was wonderful. Last night was my first time going to this restaurant. We went in to celebrate senior night with my senior daughter's teammates and families. The service was kind, professional, courteous and efficient. The atmosphere was great. The food was perfect. I had the Gyro wrap with Greek fries. So delicious!! Brought my leftovers home and just warmed them in the oven for dinner tonight and everything, even the fries, are still yummy! I will definitely be back!!

Honestly an easy 5 star review across the board. We arrived shortly after 11, were seated by Victoria. Her menu recommendations were perfect, she was available and sociable but not hovering. The food was phenomenal, on par with meals I've had in nicer restaurants in Greece. The trio dip was a perfect starter, and the soups were flavorful and rich, and the seafood was perfectly spiced and cooked. We were absolutely stuffed, and decided to get baklava to go. The baklava was wonderfully rich and dripping with honey. We will be back! We will bring friends!
