Located inside St. John's Town Center, it's a great place to stop while you're out shopping. Definitely would be better if they had a A/C/fan controlled place for customers to sit, and adjusted their prices. They are on the pricey side..not a place I'd return to often.

Never had a bad time here. Are usually more stocked up than regular auntie anne's. Sometimes theyre out of stuff, but this is mt go-to stop for the town center. Line is usually mildly long though.

My dad is literally dying and my niece and my daughter work for this company they just got fired because they were trying to swim and get their mind off their dying grandfather. The fact that they would fire teenagers while they’re going through something like this is insane my daughter just got a promotion literally about a month ago Proof, she does not deserve to be fired and she just got fired because she took the day off because her grandfather is dying. I’m On my way to the hospital right now. He’s been passing now for about a week end stages of dementia it’s very stressful to see him in the state he’s in. They were very close to their grandfather, I’m very disappointed by this company‘s decision. I have also swam multiple times this week as it really helps. It’s a distraction from what I’m dealing with.

Waited in line 15 minutes to order because the app has the wrong closing time. After waiting I ordered a regular pretzel so I could use my reward. They told me they were out, so I said pretzel bites were fine. They added up my order then could not scan my reward. They said it was for a small pretzel nugget, I said that was fine and they said they were out of small pretzel nuggets, but not regular size. I am not going to stand in line and argue that doesn't make sense and the difference is $.50 so just charge me $.50 and ring it up as a small. Seems like this location may be attempting to not process rewards or trains their employees poorly.

The reviews speak for themselves! I waited in line for over 20 minutes. Once I had already ordered they informed me their chip reader or swipe function didn’t work to pay. My card does not have the tap function. I only had a certain amount of cash to purchase half of the order. Also I ordered 2 small containers they were out of small so I was forced to buy regular. They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and took my order back. Staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Don’t waste your time here I have not seen a good review yet and my visit just confirmed this.

This location is pretty terrible considering its location. The hours of operation are clearly incorrect. I would suggest this location posting some sort of signage with their correct hours.
