I ordered and when I got it and left I checked the bag and the lady forgot part of my order so I went back and inquired and she said I don’t get the rest of my food if I don’t tip, the entitlement is actually sickening and the greed is unimaginable

Can't go wrong with cinnamon pretzel.

You are almost guaranteed to get multiple pieces of hair in your pretzel. It happened to me last time I was there, but I love their pretzels so I gave it another chance. Years apart. Same experience, four pieces of hair on my pretzel. Disgusting. Just don’t go here.

DONT WATSE YOUR TIME OR MOMEY ! The kiosk by sock haven has the absolute worst service ever. Workers there are extremely rude especially Elizabeth, or at least that’s the name written on her hat. Ms Elizabeth burnt all of the pretzels and they were super hard and uneditable so I simply asked if I could trade it out for a different one and she proceeded to snatch the bag out of my hand. I asked if she could not snatch things because it was very rude and uncalled for and she proceeded to cuss me out and tell me not to come back. I work in the mall and I’ve been to this spot several times and never had such a horrible experience before. Do better.

Tmobile gave free pretzels last week. I wasn't going to worry about it, but we ended up at The Avenues, so I figured why not. O M G. It was delish. We went back the next day for the welcome one, and I also wanted to try the mango lemonade spritz. Not bad, but the pretzel is the star of this show. My wife didn't finish hers, threw it in the microwave and it was still fantastic!

The one by the food court is my favorite. No matter what time or day I come the food is always fresh and the employees are always professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them to my family and friends when they visit

The kiosk by the food court is normally very helpful, but the lady at the counter told me they weren't restocking cinnamon pretzel nuggets, that there were people already waiting and she did not want to add anyone to that list. There was no compromise or solution to the issue and i bought something else.... only to see it was restocked 10 minutes later..

i just had a long afternoon of shopping so i wanted to grab a bite at auntie anne’s. i waited in a slow line no big deal and ordered some mini dogs and they looked good. i walked out of the mall and took a bite of one and the dough was RAW. i threw the whole cup away after finding out several others were raw as well. i don’t know how this could’ve happened because they looked fully cooked? kinda sad i wasted $10.

Closed an hour early while I stood at the counter.

The service here sucks. Told us the order is going to take 15 minutes and we were fine but after 15 minutes we were told it’s going to take another 8 minutes with no explanation and no apology. And not a friendly service at all.

I had the worst customer service experience at the Auntie Anne’s location at the Avenue Mall. My 8 year old son wanted confetti nuggets. They were out of it. I asked how long it would be before they are ready. The man baking the pretzels said that it would be about 10 minutes. We went to 2 stores quickly looking around and came back in about 10 minutes. When we returned I saw no confetti nuggets ready. When I asked the baker what happened he said that they were all sold out. It was impossible!! I realized that he was flat out lying. I told me him that if he told me they were not making anyone more confetti nuggets, we would have simply gone home. He was incredibly sarcastic, unapologetic and rude in front of my 8 year old. The young girl working with him refused to answer me when I asked her for their names, since he refused to tell me his name. I spoke in a normal tone. He then threatened that he would call security on me. I am still in complete disbelieve at how I was treated.He pointed his finger at me and I asked him to please behave like a professional. I realize that this insane treatment was not going to end. I decided to walk away with my son. As we walked away he continue to yell , saying bye bye!! Go on now!! I literally had to pray as he continue to yell.This was pure harassment by a so called Ma anger of Auntie Anne’s. I give No stars for this harassment. I cannot Waite to call corporate in the morning.

They sent 1 snack pack and charged me for 3! What the hell??!!!?
