Place is very home-y. The smells a delicious with the cinnamon rolls. I like how everything is made to order, though! It takes up some time with the line and to receive. The staff is very nice. The Asian guy in the front was nice to explain the different toppings. I came in looking for the Taro version but he explained it was a 'trial'/limited time for now. As far as the cinnamon roll. It was warm soft and chewy. I like chewy rolls. Leave me alone. I got the fruitopia. The cream cheese icing and fruits, strawberries and blueberries was a nice combination of strawberries and cream. The only thing I would like is more cinnamon! I felt, compared to another big chain cinnamon roll company, this place skimped on the cinnamon. Versus others that is typically dripping of cinnamon. Aside from that it's a nice place. Only problem for me is that it's literally across town to make it in regularly.

I love cinnamon rolls and heard about this place where you can customize your roll so I had to check it out! Upon walking in, the cashier didn't see too happy to be there. Maybe she had a bad day? She wasn't smiling as much. But she did know the menu well. They have a display of their signature rolls that you can order or you can customize your own. I decided to try the Fruitopia (fresh berries, cream cheese icing with a berry glaze) and fiance had the Green Lantern one (marshmallows, chocolate chips, and sprinkles on top with a pandan icing). If you don't know what pandan is, it's a flavor that is mostly common in Asian desserts. Tastes similar to vanilla but alot richer? They also carry an Ube and coconut flavor!!! I like how they have so many different flavors and combinations you can choose from and also customize. The rolls are a decent size but it's kinda pricey. That's why I'm knocking off a star. It ended up being like $14 for 2 rolls before the military discount. Even with the military discount, each roll comes out to be like $6.50 each. The pricing starts at $4.25 but goes up with each addition of toppings. I throughly enjoyed my roll though! It wasn't too sweet and the berries were fresh and tart. I really loved my fiance's pandan roll as the pandan flavor was very distinct and also not too sweet. Both rolls were warm and fresh too. Overall, I would only get this once in a while as it's okay but not a huge wow factor for me.

Ok. So the hype drew me in. Was it good? Yes. Was it life changing? Definitely not. Keep in mind the fact that it's all Vegan matters not to me. I felt the cin rolls while good; could never compete with Cinnabon. The music was blaring whole time I was in there. The staff seemed a bit disinterested. Will I be back? Meh. Prob not. If I was vegan I am sure I would tho!!

Oh. My. God. This place is fantastic! I had heard great reviews and I was in the area so I thought I'd give it a try. The place smells like heaven when you walk in that alone had me sold. It was hard to decide when everything looked amazing. We finally decided on the peanut misses and it was perfect. I have no other words. It wasn't overly sweet, it was fresh, and full of peanut butter flavor. Oh, did I add that it's all vegan? If they didn't tell me, I would've never known. I've never had a better cinnamon roll in my life!

Avoid this place or risk having the best cinnamon roll of your life! Run!! Run! Run. Run...here to have your life changed. The cinnamon rolls are warm, moist, and gooey yummy. We orders 4 specialty cinnamon rolls and they are amazing. All of them. The people who worked here we so kind and patient with our loud brood. My favorite was the fruit one with cream cheese frosting. Oh my!! It definitely was a sugar bomb. The rolls were so big that they were breakfast. Not a snack, y'all. A meal! If you have been wondering if you should drop in...do it. Such a cool place to have near by.

Where is the cinnamon? With all the focus on adding things on top, they missed making the base actually taste like a good cinnamon roll. The frosting was also nothing to write home about.

I was actually here at their grand opening, but no review. Shame, shame..I know, I know. Please don't kill me, I just start actively Yelping a couple of months ago, many months after Cinnaholic opened for business. Â At that time, I bought 6 cinnamon rolls. First impression, I thought it was on the pricey side and the rolls tasted on the drier side. Then I thought to myself that perhaps it could just be their Grand Opening blues, because the shop was packed and busy. Needless to say, I never went back after that. 3 star rating feeling for me at that time. Â Fast forward to now, we visited again. It was a much different experience. The cinnamon rolls were nice and moist. I tried the UBE frosting on my roll and it was pretty good, abit on the sweeter side in my opinion. All in all, better experience all the way around. Cinnaholic... you have won me over again. Â "I'll be back" - Terminator

As soon as you open the door, the smell of deliciously baked cinnamon buns greets your senses. The staff is very friendly and they understand that the menu can be overwhelming especially for a first visit, but they walk you through it. They even have some options on display for those who don't want to "create your own". Once you get your order, you will notice just how filling these can be. It almost makes you want to share, but with one bite, everyone will want their own. They're that good. Also, fun fact, these are vegan. I know, hard to believe. I've visited multiple times now and have never been disappointed. They staff, the food, the smell, all so amazing. Highly recommend.

I've been wanting to try Cinnaholic since the moment it opened!!!! Clearly it's taken me longer than I planned to get here! I'm normally not a huge cinnamon roll person, but the idea of a vegan roll that is super moist sounded scrumptious!! There are plenty of custom rolls to choose from. We chose the Cookie Monster: cookie dough, choc chips, choc sauce, and whipped cream. HOLY MOLEY!!! It was super sweet and very heavy, but thank goodness my husband ate the majority of it! The flavor was wonderful!! I cannot wait to go back and try the blueberry pie one!

OMG! Better than Cinnabon! Dairy, lactose, egg and cholesterol free! (Practically healthy? Lol) Homemade and delicious, as seen on Shark Tank! I got the Fruitopia, with vanilla frosting, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries with strawberry jam. Oh dear Lord was it delicious! Definitely worth the drive. At $4.50 up, I'll be back here again soon! They also have baby buns! So freaking cute and they'll make you a few dozen for the office! Catering available....

Me: "HOLD UP WAIT A MINUTE - WHAT? A VEGAN CINNAMON ROLL BAKERY?" Mom: "You wanna go see? Let's goo!" Vegan, check. Seen on Shark Tank, check. (this location is a franchise) My mom & I spontaneously stopped by Cinnaholic while we were running errands & it was such a nice surprise! It's the only fully Vegan dessert shop in Jacksonville and gives Cinnabon a run for its money. (Not gluten-free but still Vegan!!) They start at the base price of $4.75 & from there you can add as many toppings to your cinnamon roll as you'd like. The location is new this year so it's SUPER clean and well-kept inside. The owner Cesar is readily available, approachable & so friendly! Aside from the toppings choices, there are so many different flavors of icing to choose from! This time I got marshmallow icing with almonds & brownie bits. But I CANNOT WAIT to try their seasonal Pumpkin Spice icing that should be out soon! The finished product comes out all warm & delicious. If you're wanting to try something new in a somewhat healthier fashion, try them out! You'll become a Cinnaholic too for sure !

Love. Love. Love. If you're visiting this side of town, you have to stop by Cinnaholic. My sister and I shared one and we got a cake batter icing with Oreo topping. Everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

This place was great! I had been hearing people talk up this place for months now and finally got around to trying it this past weekend! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it is all vegan. I personally am not vegan, but it's nice to see they're proving people that think veganism is only lettuce and water wrong! I had the cookie monster cinnamon roll and purchased a brownie to devour later. I will say that this place was not necessarily cheap (for two cinnamon rolls and a brownie I payed almost $17), but I can also say you get what you pay for. The cinnamon rolls were huge and the brownie was a decent size as well. The staff working were super friendly and patient with us as we made our selection! I can't wait to go back to make my own creation!

It. Is. So. Good. I love the Old School roll, but the first time I came to Cinnaholic, I had cookie dough on top. It is so rich and delicious, but I can never eat a whole roll myself! I've had the coffee with my roll both times, and neither time did they have a regular half and half. Only soy milk. I get that it's a vegan joint, but I don't care for soy milk in my coffee. The staff were fun and friendly, but I did feel a bit rushed (there was no line behind us.) I am a repeat customer, so these things have not inhibited me from coming, just little things that make a difference. Yummo on the rolls!!
