Walked in at 2:45 pm 07/19/21Worker cared more about refilling bins.Not acknowledged or even a look in our direction - we stood - we waited - nothing so we left. This isn’t the first time this has happened, this was 2nd time in a row that this location has people working who don’t acknowledge, greet or make an effort to say anything when walking in or trying to order.Super disappointed in this location since other locations in other cities have great customer service.

Staff was very nice and place very clean. Chips were stall and burrito lacked flavor. Next will skip this place and keep heading towards Chipotle down the road!

The food is amazing.Ordered a burrito bowl .Tasted fresh.Going back tomorrow buying 3 at one time.Had the chicken with everything on it. A chipolte spicy sauce and mango salsa.One bite you will keep going back.Better than the other two chains mexican rest.

One of my favorite places to eat but after today experience never again

Don't call the customer a liar when they call to tell you the major problems with their food, like nachos with NO CHEESE! I know it's delivery but you should care a little more. Inedible food was delivered me. Thanks to management at this location I'm now hungry AND annoyed.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after being practically chased out of Moe's in Oakleaf across town for not remembering to put my mask on when there isn't a mask mandate in duval or clay county. Walked in, respectfully asked if they had a mask requirement, she said "no.... We're not the mask police. You can wear one or not."The food was fresh, the environment was clean, the customer service was absolutely freaking awesome! ( Tammy) and overall it couldn't have been a better experience.Tammy advised that the new owner (Bobby) is currently looking to open two additional location's. Bobby, if you see this COME TO ORANGE PARK and run Moe's & Crapotle out of town! I will work to single handedly shout to the rooftops that Barbs is in town and that everyone needs to come out! We love coming here and wish it was closer to OP or Fleming Island!Keep up the great work guys!

Aleisha was AMAZING !!!! My first time here from Miami and I love it ... She made my food with love and who can forget the FREE CHIPS WITH EVERY ENTREE ??I will definitely be back ???

Incredibly salty food. I've eaten here in the past and it was fine but it had been a long while. This time around it was if they knocked over a salt shaker into both the steak and chicken. There were four of us with a mix of chicken and steak items and they were all this way. I will say that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The food is alright its the service that could really use improvement. I've been there a few times and I didn't catch her name but she has blonde curly hair and wears it in a ponytail. A portapotty has more personality that this woman. She doesn't say anything to you while making your entree. Just stares at you waiting for you to say what you want. Literally the only time she spoke was to tell me my total. I get everyone has a bad day but this has been the case on 3 occasions. Super uncomfortable and awkward when they make you feel like your existence is an hassle for them.

Order thru DoorDash and the food is horrible. There’s barley any meat on the quesadilla. Special instructions were not followed at all. Chips are stale . And not tasteful at all. This place seriously needs new management. Don’t wast your money here.

Absolutely the worst quesadilla ever!!! Not even slightly crispy so had to eat with a fork and knife so that defeats the purpose. Also have been there 3 times and the last 2 times the staff seems like it is a bother to order and the attitude that is given is completely unnecessary. Will not be going there ever again Moe's food and service is way better!!

Big burrito. Filled up like it should be. Sauted items made as you order. The flavor was good but not great. I would go again. Price is about the same as the other two burrito places I am familiar with.

People were pleasant. I arrived earlier than the time on my order, but my food was cold. The salsa was watery.

Started off great but not any more. They serve OLD FOOD consistently!! The salsa is old taste like someone poured a bottle of sprite in it. Salsa should not have fizz in it. The salsa is bad!!! Beware day and two day old food. Nothing is fresh!! Barber Otis needs to fix it quickly!!
