Ordered on door dash. Ordered a gyro and it has me select the toppings. Well when I get it my food it’s plain. I call over there and with an attitude they tell me that’s how the ticket printed. I tried to explain that it made me select on the app. Then with audacity they proceed to tell me how to order for future. There won’t be a future. Also I showed them when I went back from my sauce, lettuce and tomato so they could fix the issue. They tell me that’s door dashes issue not theirs. I told her that they contact with door dash for a service and therefore they need to make sure it’s correct. Also my coworkers burgers weren’t fully cooked. Don’t treat your customers like they are a burden. 0/10

Customer service wasn’t pleasant at all. The older man seemed to have a problem when I asked how much longer for my pick up order for Uber eats. He replied he didn’t know and then I heard him discussing it with his co-workers. That is just tacky and unprofessional. The woman who handed me my food was nasty. I said thank you to her and she didn’t respond. She looked at me rolled her eyes and walked away. The good thing about doing Uber eats. I get to see how these establishments treat people. I would not come here and spend my own money. With this type of treatment. They seemed to be friendly with this older African American man. The older man actually came behind the counter and handed it to the guy. But my food got placed on the counter for me to pick up. So I guess they only give special treatment to certain people.

My first and definitely last time eating here. Placed an order online and went to pick it up. I don't think I've EVER been in a business that was soo rude in my life. From the moment I arrived the lady was snotty and hateful. When I asked to complete my order I'd made and showed her what I'd payed for she had the audacity to ask me if I was in the right place when obviously I was you have my sandwiches on the counter. Then proceeded to shove cups when I showed her it came with drinks. Unbelievable rude service. How is the customer wrong for asking for what they payed for?

Stopped in for an early morning smashburger. With a $2.00 tip (it's self service) the total was $18.21. The burger was OK, but definitely NOT a smashburger. It was a normal frozen patty. The kicker? They upcharge for the smash smashburger special. I was the ticket only the grill when I placed my order. For the price I paid l, I would go to any other restaurant in Riverside for a smashburger before going to Barr's. Also, I ordered american cheese. Not sure what was put on the burger.

I have not found a better burger within 75 miles. Hands down !!! The people and the ambiance are simply icing on the cake. Burger hunters will not be disappointed! The fries are crazy good too...
Went to try this place out. The lady up front was nice and took my order. Received my food went to the car. Open the box up the presentation was nice. The fries was nicely seasoned and crunchy and the burger was on the spot. Totally recommend this place.

I just had the best club sandwich of my life! The bread is ridiculously fresh and it was perfectly flavored and huge! The fries were cooked perfectly 👌 and the sauce for the fries was fantastic! Definitely 5 star status!
