Absolute worst! We had Basil Thai numerous times in South Carolina. But this I wouldn't even consider a restaurant. We placed on online order, received a time when it's supposed to be ready. We showed up and if I had know how run down and filthy the place was I had never ordered. The girl at the counter said it'll be another 10 minutes. So I waited patiently in my car for 15 min. When I went back in she said another 10 or 15 minutes!!!They haven't even started my order when I showed up the first time. So she lied straight up in my facedown! Great customer service...Now they make all kinds of excuses. We only have one cook there was another order ahead of me. These are all not the customer's problems. There were 3 people at the bar having drinks when I came in. If you can't serve more than 4 guests on a Saturday night that's a problem. I requested refund they refuse.Try to talk to a manager, there is none. Completely disorganized. We were ready to call the cops on them for taking my money and not delivering my order. 1 hour later I got disgusting food that was supposed to be mild but came fiery hot and my crisp duck was a mushy unidentifiable mass. This place needs to be shut down

I arrived about 10 minutes early to the restaurant and was politely greeted and offered a seat outside while they prepared their opening. After they opened I was greeted with smiles and apologies for me waiting even though I was early before they opened. I was sat down and a ice cold water was already waiting for me at my seat. I then ordered their shrimp tempura and crispy veggies rolls and to my delight they were delicious. I then had my main dish which was their seafood combo pad Thai and it is spectacular. If your out of town on business or please come have a great mean and wonderful service.

Food was amazing, entrees came out within 10 minutes, best quality pineapple fried rice and pad Thai I’ve had in Jax.

Parking: Parking south of building on Hendricks in between Hendricks nails and restaurant

Their pad thai and papaya salad were fantastic! They happened to have run out of mango sticky rice, so I can't say if it's good or not. But their flavors were authentic, I'd return.

Nam Sod was very good. Fried grouper was a bit mushy. Waitress was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Didn’t bother to tells us what was not available on the menu before we were asked to order. She practically threw our plates at us making a lot of clumsy, clanking noise with the plates. It felt like she had made a judgement about us before we even sat down. Our water glasses had lipstick marks on them. My basil margarita had brown, wilted basil in it.

Very good food, good place but short staffed. One girl was managing everything from orders to dishes to cleaning to billing. She did it so well without showing a sign of fatigue or frustration.

Vegetarian options: Some veg options, not a whole lot. But they are flexible and we're willing to substitute meat with protein like tofu for some additional dishes.

A wonderful experience. We stumbled in, hungry from travel, an hour before close and were made absolutely welcome. Our appetizers and meals were brought timely, but unhurried, and were hot and delicious. The tofu was firm, the curries perfectly balanced and nicely spicy, and the cucumber salad was a refreshing treat between bites. Definitely get the roti canai it's a real treat.

What a wonderful surprise. We were travelling South and this restaurant was close to our hotel. The service was amazing! The food was delicious!! The server took the time to listen to our food preferences and then suggested what she thought we might enjoy. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. We are now back home and have told our friends that if they are ever close this would be a great place to eat.

Definitely a great Thai place. The Pad Ba-Me is a must try dish! The Pad Kee Mao is also very good. They have a good selection of wine and drinks to go with the meal, and the prices are great.

My husband and I have been twice within the last few months and both times we had an amazing experience. We had never been before, so when the server recognized us and said "welcome back" when we went last night (12/16/22), we were very impressed. I had the Thai Beef Noodle Soup both times and will continue to order it. It reminds me of Pho but with more flavors in the broth. My husband got the roast duck last night which he absolutely loved. I don't remember the last time I saw him completely clear his plate. We also had the veggie summer rolls and roti as appetizers. Yum. We even stuck around for dessert: Crispy banana rolls (like banana lumpia). With all of this, a side salad, and a bottle of the house cab, our total was less than $80 before taxes. The music was very good: light and classy, and the lights were dimmed just right. Great for a date night or casual dinner.

Food was mid and we waited 30 minutes for appetizers after we sat ourselves. Very disappointing ?

Pad See Ew is one of my favorite Thai dishes and it’s very hit of miss. Compared to the last 10 restaurants I’ve been to in the last 6 years all over the east coast and TX this is the best I’ve had! The waitress informed us that the Drunken Noodle is also delicious! I highly recommend.

I’ve never had a positive experience here. This experienced however was, by far, the worst. I asked for the garden mix wok with chicken and also an extra serving of beef. The grand total was $20 for this measly meal which had minimal chicken and minimal beef. I called back the restaurant to tell them about how I was charged for two servings of protein and barely got a single serving (if that!). I was told that the owners have cut back on the portions and there was nothing they could do. If this is true, the owners should be ashamed of themselves.Honestly, I do not recommend coming to this place as you will get the equivalent of a $3 meal for a $20 price. The owners clearly care more about giving you the minimal amount of food for the maximum amount of price. Steer clear of this place and go to your local Chinese joint where you can actually get bang for your buck.Shame on those owners for duping the customers like this.

Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it tastes microwaved. The young Asian female waitress is very sweet and attentive. The young biracial female is sometimes, just like the food. Ironically, she seems to go out of her way to serve all other patrons before assisting blacks. I’ve experienced and seen her do it on several occasions. The last time, I decided I didn’t need to patronize this place any longer

I did a takeout. The entree was good, House Curry with Chicken. However, the portions were OK….If you were an elf. It was a complete rip off. Also, they must be very short of staff. Almost all of the empty tables were not bused. I wanted to sit at the bar Until my takeout order is ready. Yeah and the tables around me were filthy.
