Baskin-Robbins offers a mixed experience. While some staff members like Mashari are kind and patient, others seem untrained and disinterested. The ice cream itself is good, but the store can be disorganized and unclean at times. One standout employee named Chantelle went above and beyond to make a customer's experience special by offering numerous flavor samples and creating a special milkshake.
