I went to baskin-robbins on cassat ave 4 days ago on a Friday night at 11 o'clock and I was told you were out of world class chocolate ice cream, which no big deal...But when your blender was broken after I decided another chocolate flavor , i was frustrated. left a review. moved on. Here I am, 4 days later, after getting off of a long hot day at work, attempting to go get another large world class chocolate milkshake, and what am I told?? Baskin-Robbins offers a mixed experience. While some staff members like Mashari are kind and patient, others seem untrained and disinterested. The ice cream itself is good, but the store can be disorganized and unclean at times. One standout employee named Chantelle went above and beyond to make a customer's experience special by offering numerous flavor samples and creating a special milkshake. The inconsistency in service and atmosphere makes for a hit-or-miss visit to this location.
