How slow do you have to be to mess up ice cream for Chirst sake!!!! I ordered a waffle bowl with butter pecan and reese cup. I was given a bowl at the window. I told the lady I asked for a waffle bowl. Didn't realize she screwed up not one, but BOTH flavors. I got cookies and cream and something else that had caramel in it, which I hate. I couldn't even turn around bc it was a treat for my kids mostly and we're headed to a Dr appt. I'm so disappointed I spent $16 and didn't even get what I asked for. Christ!!!

The worst service that I have ever endured. My grand daughter and I came to enjoy some ice cream.., we are excited, only to come into the store and be completely overlooked for at least 5 minutes.., Kamala came out to fill the ice.., never greeted us, continued on her ice filling journey as if we were not standing there. Another customer came up to ask a question.., that is the only reason that she even acted like we were in the store. After replying she asked what can she get us, as if we are in her way( funny I thought she is at work) then after my grand told her.., shivering it up and said.., ok
I’m like ok what.., then she tells me my total..,
Corporate you all should come and see about your store!!!!!.., if independently owned .., come see about your store.., you by any chance Kamala that is your franchise “ shame on you”

This place is so ran down. They never have bananas for banana splits. The ice cream is always freezer burnt. The lobby is never open so you cant tell what ice cream they have avaliable nor see the selection of donuts. Save your time and money go to Dairy queen or Krispy Cream and for the love of God fix your speaker in the drive thru.

I waited over 20 minutes after being pulled out of the drive-thru, and the manager didn’t even acknowledge the delay after 15 minutes while we were waiting on our drinks. To make matters worse, the drinks weren’t mixed properly at all. The customer service was really poor this time. Normally, I don’t have issues here, but these three employees just dropped the ball. Honestly, I’m left wondering why I paid $30 for drinks that were barely made right. Very disappointing experience. This just happened 6/9/2025 at 12:30-1:00PM

They are always out of ice cream specifically chocolate chip. Who ever is doing inventory isn’t doing it right. Also whoever just answered the phone was very rude!

Paid really good money for two Sundaes one will the two scoop one was a three scoop very stingy on the toppings you asked for extra fudge you couldn't even tell there was any hot fudge on it to begin with two little cookie pieces on one of them what's going on service was good the girl was really nice but come on pay all this money cheapskates. Very sad my daughter and I are not happy where are the toppings are you serious talk about a ripoff we won't be going back there. To top it off on the bottom what is the wrong ice cream

There was a women with pink hair who was very unprofessional. The curving amount was not with the money I paid. The one scoop cup was not even halfway filled. Very bad service. When asked about the portion size, she stated “I don’t know. I just scooped it like that.”

Ordered a photo cake. Got a confirmation email saying it was being made. Showed up on my daughters 13th bday to pick it up and there is no cake, no call, no nothing. The girl at the counter wasn't at fault, but she couldn't reach anyone when she called to see what happened with my cake. If they couldn't make my cake they could have let me know before my daughters bday. Absolutely unacceptable. She refunded me my money but who knows how long that will take to show up on my card. Like what do yo u mean my daughters cake isn't here?!?! I called several times before the date but nobody answered the phone. I want more than a refund because a refund doesn't fix my daughters birthday. Absolute garbage. Do not trust these people to make your cakes.

If you’re looking for employment .. you can’t be yourself they’re going to treat you like a puppet they want you to conform to rules they make up when they wake up in the morning to see how you would react the Manger has “favorites” and the little manger is just MESSY & ignorant the store is ran my immature adults… the GM is a horrible leader Mr.Ryan you lead by example not talking at your help theres no offer letters no policy’s but made up BS rules never in a AMERICA will anyone be required to not be able to wear a watch to work what’s the difference between a watch & earrings let’s talk about it WHERE IS THE POLICY?! Mr.Ryan you were wearing a smart watch why can’t I wear a $10 Kendall+Kyle I wasn’t hurting anyone your customers ate it up actually

Very underwhelming. Plenty of people on hand, very few customers, but many things out of order and needing cleaned up.

Ice cream displays had random items bagged up inside. I really feel like this starts with management.

The young lady who helped us was kind enough, but there is other staff sitting in the dining chairs, playing on phones.

It's a real bummer when the employees aren't properly trained.
