Absolutely horrible service! Did not know how to make the drink requested and when I tried to tell the girl that it was wrong, she had an attitude. Instead of confirming the ingredients via the chart provided, she had an attitude and said, "how are you going to tell me how to do my job?" Granted, I have been drinking this beverage for over 20 yrs. Prior to this, many customers came in and were not attended to. We had to grab someone's attention to place the order. The staff there have no sense of professionalism or know the definition of good customer service.

this way, never has any ice cream they're always out and I'm always told they can't take orders due to a shift change they don't wanna work they're rude. every time I come up here they never have any ice cream flavor I want which I find unbelievable because how do you not have any ice cream flavors not even one everybody in here Needs to work on better customer service. And I guess they need help paying for ice cream because they never have any.

I absolutely have to give a HUGE shout out to a woman named Chantelle working at the Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin-Robbins on Cassatt.My son and I went to get ice cream after the park and when we got there, his favorite flavor was empty. That threw him for a complete loop. He absolutely could not figure out what he wanted instead and was seriously starting to get stressed out. He was just about ready to settle for just plain old vanilla when this woman stopped and asked him if he would like to try every single flavor that they have until he found one that he wanted. Didn’t take long lol. He got a milkshake and she put so much whip cream on top and M&Ms. She was so beyond accommodating and an absolute angel. That small little gesture made a huge difference to my son and to me. If you get a chance, go by there and let her know that she’s doing an excellent job.

This is the worst place ever. Some of the stupiest most moronic staff. How this place stays open is a mystery. Placed an order and was told to drive around to the fron.t and they would bring the order out to the car. Never arrived. Went into the store to find out about the order - they forgot the order. Noone was in the store or drive thru and the emploee's were inside the store cutting up like children. 98 degrees in Florida and noone in an ice cream store that should tell you something about the store . Not one employee apologized. Left the store without the order, went down the street to Chick Fil-A where the cars were backed down the street. Got the order in 5 minutes from a pleasant staff. Avoid this place like plague. Sad when you cannot dip ice cream,

Never in my life have i seen a damn Ice Cream shop that don’t have Ice Cream. I have been to this location many of times and they never have Chocolate ice cream. And the customer service is horrible. If you love disappointment just go here.

I called just a few minutes ago to find out if they had ice cream cakes for an office event. The company representative was super rude. Told me that if I wanted to know if they had something I would have to come in and find out. One business I will never again use.
If I could give negative stars, I would. We tried to order chocolate ice cream, and was told they did not have chocolate. We asked what flavors thely had. She said they have 30 flavors & she couldn't tell us. So we looked at the menu online & everything we asked for she said was not available. We ended up ordering 5 double scoop ice creams & when we checked the receipt one was only a single scoop. So we asked if we could have it changed to a double scoop & we would pay the difference. She rang us up for a double scoop & we paid for it. So now we have paid for 6 ice creams, needing only 5. Then it took over 20 minutes to be handed a bag & told all 6 ice creams are in the bag. We checked & only 5 ice creams were in the bag. So then we wait 5 more minutes for the 6th ice cream that we paid for but only needed 5. She was ery rude & irritated having to fill our order. Nothing like taking your kids to get ice cream on spring break & to have someone so miserable try to ruin it.

Worst Baskin Robbins ever!! They never have the flavor I like but I’d stop by to get my daughters some ice cream, now they don’t have ice creams AT ALL!!!! Poor customer service!!!

Worst customer service!! I asked for a simple vanilla ice cream with hot fudge. I get it and they used chocolate syrup instead of hot fudge. I went back and said this is not hot fudge like I asked. They said they don’t have hot fudge so I asked for something else. The manager was super rude and yelled saying “too bad you already ate it”. Totally rude. I’ll never come back here again.

Came at 10pm with two other cars, they were ahead of us in the drive thru, took there order, then came my car, and they said “register is off, you can order on DoorDash.” So we just drove away. How are they open “24 hours” yet, stop taking orders in drive thru once the inside area closes? Friend ahead of us said we were with them, and all they said, was “well they drove away and we don’t take cash.” Which made no sense. Sad everyone else got ice cream besides my friend and I in my car.
