INTO THE BLUE

Not happy with my service . This Baskin Robbins is 45 mins from my house with this being said I brought a cold box with ice packs to keep my cake cold for the trip. When I arrived to pick up my order that I placed 3 days prior , it was not done . I had to wait 45 minutes until it was done ,So what this means is im going to have fresh ice-cream cake that is not frozen for trip . I just got home and my cake is a mess . Even with my cold box and ice packs my cake still melted . The web site said to place order at least 48hrs before pick up . So I did I order 3 days in advance .

I came in and the lady told me there was no white chocolate ice cream and I ordered the Dubai and the Reese’s. I don’t know if they had any white chocolate cause I am assuming it was pre mixed in the ice cream container and she was talking about the white chocolate ice cream itself. Then she can up to me and didn’t explain which one had the white chocolate cause and gave me attitude saying she had to give me a refund and I had to suggest just getting something else for the same price but I still don’t even know which one they are re making. There is only 2 of them here at the counter and she is making the younger person work and sitting behind the counter not even helping with either of the 2 orders. Feel bad for her co worker. And not to mention that to price match her coworker helped me after she walked away to the back.

I ordered the jamoca almond and it is good. When check out the young guy was the cashier who is rude ! i asked for free water which is tap water and he was charging me extra $1 just for that!! Unacceptable i ask him for a tap water??? And said yes. Baskin come on you are serving tap water and you charge for that i understand if it is a bottled water but no !!!

We came to the location to get ice cream. The location is open until 10pm. The staff stated that they do not serve ice cream at this time. The shelves were empty. We did not receive any kind of explanation why they do not serve ice cream.

Very bad customer service. Friday 6/21 830pm. Young man was very rude taking orders for me and my friend who where there with our two boys. He seemed very annoyed by us looking and talking to our kids about what ice cream they wanted (my son is 3) and rushed us through ordering. A little after us sitting down… who I assume was the manager same one who took our order.. this young man, kicked everyone out of the dining area stating they close at 9. He went around table to table, I did not hear what he said as he said something to us in somewhat a whisper and kept walking. I seen the other couples leaving so I went to the desk to ask him what he said. And he stated “I said we close in 9minutes” looked at his phone and said “it’s 3 now”. Just a horrible experience for someone to be so unkind. I haven’t been to that location in years and to come into that assured me and my friend will never go there again.

We always have a good time here. Just went today and there was a new customer support, a young guy. He was very rude and misbehaved even with our two kids. Made some bad gestures, when interrupted, he asked me to keep voice lower else it would be bad for me. I still didn't allowed him to be more rude and asked him to behave properly specially with little girls and not to make indecent gestures or stare at them.Better the owner should take care of such a fellow. Just for owners information he was there today 21st March at evening 7PM approx. I was thinking to call cops but later left it out.Too bad for such a nice place and a spoiler of a nice evening..

Awful, dreadful, and super disrespectful customer service. There is a sign on the drive thru menu that says to notify the employee if you have an allergy. I told this lady at least five times I was looking for dairy free ice cream as I was extremely allergic. She just repeatedly told me the flavors, without ever verifying if they were dairy free. It’s like she didn’t comprehend what I was saying very clearly. So I go inside to look myself, and the guy at the counter doesn’t say hello, nothing. Right when I start to order, he walks away without saying a word and goes to the drive thru window. He then proceeded to come back and get my order, again without a word. It was extremely upsetting.
