We came to the location to get ice cream. The location is open until 10pm. The staff stated that they do not serve ice cream at this time. The shelves were empty. We did not receive any kind of explanation why they do not serve ice cream.

Very bad customer service. Friday 6/21 830pm. Young man was very rude taking orders for me and my friend who where there with our two boys. He seemed very annoyed by us looking and talking to our kids about what ice cream they wanted (my son is 3) and rushed us through ordering. A little after us sitting down… who I assume was the manager same one who took our order.. this young man, kicked everyone out of the dining area stating they close at 9. He went around table to table, I did not hear what he said as he said something to us in somewhat a whisper and kept walking. I seen the other couples leaving so I went to the desk to ask him what he said. And he stated “I said we close in 9minutes” looked at his phone and said “it’s 3 now”. Just a horrible experience for someone to be so unkind. I haven’t been to that location in years and to come into that assured me and my friend will never go there again.

We always have a good time here. Just went today and there was a new customer support, a young guy. He was very rude and misbehaved even with our two kids. Made some bad gestures, when interrupted, he asked me to keep voice lower else it would be bad for me. I still didn't allowed him to be more rude and asked him to behave properly specially with little girls and not to make indecent gestures or stare at them.Better the owner should take care of such a fellow. Just for owners information he was there today 21st March at evening 7PM approx. I was thinking to call cops but later left it out.Too bad for such a nice place and a spoiler of a nice evening..

Why is it, when I use their restroom with my child, within a couple minutes of being in there, ("The employees" ) want to knock on the bathroom door. ((Both times that happened to us))!!
Stop harassing paid customers when they are using the restroom!! THANKS!!

Awful, dreadful, and super disrespectful customer service. There is a sign on the drive thru menu that says to notify the employee if you have an allergy. I told this lady at least five times I was looking for dairy free ice cream as I was extremely allergic. She just repeatedly told me the flavors, without ever verifying if they were dairy free. It’s like she didn’t comprehend what I was saying very clearly. So I go inside to look myself, and the guy at the counter doesn’t say hello, nothing. Right when I start to order, he walks away without saying a word and goes to the drive thru window. He then proceeded to come back and get my order, again without a word. It was extremely upsetting.

This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in any business. Firstly. I go through drive through because I don’t want to go inside the business. At the drive thru they don’t have a list of the ice cream flavors. They are never busy so I suggested I pull up to the window and they tell me the flavors. They said they weren’t doing to go back and forth to give me the flavors at the window and that they can do it better inside or at the speaker. I listened at the speaker for the various flavors and decided on a flavor - 2 scoops in a cone. Pulled up to the window to pay. When they gave me the scoop on a cone I simply asked for a cup as I was driving and wanted to wait till I got home to eat. Two different persons came to the window to question me as if I was asking for too much.asked the cashier if I could suggest something. Either have a list at the drive thru or at the cash register the cashier said I can come back and suggest that to his manager. I said to him I have no idea when your manager is going to be around. Maybe you can pass that on the him or her. Well that be came a whole back and forth because he insisted I do it. This young man maybe an adult in age but his mental capacity is very limited. Talked over me. And wasn’t proactive. Very defensive as if I was attacking him. If this manager reads this I would suggest you take a page from chick-fil-A. They have problem solving skills. There should have been a list at the register to begin with. Definitely not coming back.
