Horrible Service horrible attitude. Every time we go into the Monument Road location. They advertise chocolate, waffle cones and never have them. They’re like the McDonald’s of the ice cream machine with the waffle cones. Tried to givre this place more than once a try. We are done. Don’t expect perfection, but at least expect some level of professionalism and there’s zero at this location. Don’t waste your time go to another ice cream donut place.

I had my son go get three chocolate milk shakes. He came home with three small “looking” chocolate shakes. They had peanuts in them, Oreos. Etc. so disgusting and so disappointing as well my other son is allergic to peanuts so he dodged an allergic reaction there! It’s almost like they didn’t clean the previous blender. This is the third time this location messed up an order and not just with me but other friends and family also complained. Management needs to step in and reevaluate.

How do someone with common sense hand someone ice cream with no utensils? They didn’t put the ice cream in bags, no napkins no spoons nothing. Do someone have to ask for the basic necessities to eat the items? If you didn’t want to be at work this evening you should’ve called out. Management need to have mandatory customer service and basic knowledge training for the employees. I don’t even want to give it the one star. No matter what day of the week or time the service is absolutely trash!

I looked up Baskin-Robbins online and they stated they have several varieties of non-dairy vegan and Whey free frozen desserts but this one does not have any at all also the store seem not very well taken care of or clean.

Disappointed by the fact that an ICE CREAM chain seems to be unwilling to serve me ice cream ? after visiting this location multiple times this year to get either a milkshake, or a cappy blast, I am continuously told that they do not have the ice cream on tuesdays, and that they do not have the cappuccino’s to make the blast. I wouldn’t even waste time leaving a review however the lack of the main product baskin robins sells… which is ice cream… makes me feel I am asking for ice cream at McDonald’s. Which is obviously always broken ? anyways, i won’t be back but I’m warning future guests as to not go here looking for baskin robins because I’m starting to think it’s just a Dunkin’ Donuts .

HORRIBLE! The dude working tonight clearly hates his job and instantly irritated he had to do something. He handed me a cone that had a crumbly roll of ice cream falling all over the place . Didn't bother to try and push the ice cream into the cone at all. Honestly I wanted to just hand it back and walk out but I didn't and I regret that I didn't. I just walk out and thew it in the trash after paying for it.

Arrived at 820 and store was locked up and people clearly inside walking around . Sign says closes at 9 but guess they don’t want business.

The guy wearing the Nike tech had good service none of the employees seem to do anything , and sometimes do it with an attitude but her was chill and makes the ice creams good.
Place was absolutely disgusting, I honestly couldn't believe how dirty the place was.Ice cream was good, but the waffle cone was so stale. Hard as a rock.

What has happened to Baskin Robbins! The employees there acted like they did not like their jobs. Almost as if we had the audacity to be customers and make them work! The employee who waited on us did not speak a word the entire time. Not even a Hello or Thank you! We will not be back. We would have been better off going to Publix and grabbing a gallon of ice cream ourselves. I will not pay for bad service again.

the seller was clearly not enthusiastic about his work, it was not yet evening, but this guy slept standing up - he did not answer questions for a very long time was silent. There was dirt and rubbish behind the tables, and crayons lay on the floor, but there was no one around ...
