I asked for a lightly dressed salad with salmon. The dressing was heavily dressed. The salmon was a little, thin very dry piece. It actually crunched when I ate. It may have been a very busy day. The waitress have had too many tables as we didn't see much of her.

Made a reservation for 12/31, had checked the hours on the store page and everything, and when the two of us showed up, it was closed! No call or notification or anything! Disappointed.

The worst experience ever. I made a reservation and went to the restaurant on time. There was no one at the front desk. After waiting for about five minutes, someone from the kitchen showed up and seated me. I was handed a menu card, but no napkin or silverware. I waited for at least 20 minutes and none of the waiters showed up. The restaurant was not understaffed and was not busy either. At this point, the greater show showed up again and decided to take my order. All I asked for was water and crème brûlée. The water arrived in a dirty looking glass, and a straw was not even offered. A few more people walked in, and everyone was served pretty immediately. One of the waitresses was parading around with her extra long hair let loose. She was handling food in the kitchen and serving food at tables. Food service basics require hair to be tied at all times. By now 25 more minutes had gone by and my desert had not arrived. I decided to leave. I don't think that any restaurant could treat anyone worse than this. No basic courtesy, no customer service etiquette. I do not know if it was brazen racism, or sheer ignorance – neither of which should be permitted.

the food is always good and the server is always so friendly and kind to my mother and sister. Definitely worth more visits

Waited for over an hour for a table. The restaurant was never more than half full. When we came to check for the second time on our table, the manager said their phone wasn’t working and they were unable to inform anyone that their table was ready.
Then, my glass had lipstick on it.

The food at the restaurant was drenched in Salad Dressing so much so that it was hard to eat. The service was also awful I waited 7 mins for anyone to great me at the front then it took 12 minutes to get a Coke.

I have been eating here for years. My son, his girlfriend and I went here to have a relaxing lunch after a funeral. First off the waitress was rude, barely spoke to us and treated us as if we were bothering her. I ordered the turkey club, which I’ve had multiple times. They have changed the way it is made and it’s horrible. A gas station sandwich would have a higher quality meat. The bread, that used to be the best part of the sandwich was toasted white bread and was soggy. The avocado had the skin on it and the bacon was fatty. My son’s gf ordered a cocktail that never came until I asked about it. When she ordered it the waitress asked to see ID and repeated the order and still forgot to key it in. My son had the filet and it was good but he said no better than a chain restaurant. For $45 it was nothing special.
As we left the hostess was on her phone and never looked up to say goodbye.
As we drove out of Town Center m son said “we should’ve just grabbed Chick Filet. Management must have changed and if they don’t get a handle on this, this restaurant will close.

Bazille's crab bisque is wonderful and it comes with a cheesy, crunchy piece of toasted bread. Really delicious! I don't usually care for Cod, but decided to try it and it was great. We were just disappointed that they no longer have half-priced bottles of wine on Wednesdays.

This was my first time at this specific location and honestly I was extremely disappointed. I love bazille but the quality of food at this location was not like the other locations I usually go to. The food was bad and the bar wasn't stocked.

Restaurant has potential but fails on several levels and on several (last 3visits) occasions. Service is poor, slow and server was actually rude. Food was missing several ingredients as described on menu. Tried paying cash and was brought incorrect change so the tip was left minus what should have been returned. Very disappointed is service , attitudes and food for last several visits after very enjoyable couple of meals over the previous two years. Have eaten at Brazille about a dozen times over several years and wonder what has happened. It’s just not the same now and I probably won’t go back.

Bazille is always a good choice for meeting friends. The food is very good and it is quiet so conversation is easy.

The food at this restaurant is at best mediocre. I wasn’t particularly impressed with it and could have been better. I ordered some appetizers, including tacos, but they forgot the essential sauces that came with them. The Brussels sprouts were also not the greatest in the appetizers. They could have been better and used good quality chicken instead of the weird frozen vegetable chicken. The French press coffee for dessert was the real downer for me. It was very watery.

Despite the potential, the first impressions really count. The prices aren’t that bad, but for the quality, it’s not worth it.

P.S. The waiters are attentive and deserve all the tip. They were very kind and understanding. They also gave me a chocolate mint, which I liked. Their wine selection isn’t bad, so I’ll give it a look and try it. The Liquid Light Sauvignon Blanc was good.

Spouse and I came by for a light lunch. Service was great. Our server was courteous and professional. We enjoyed our meals (I had salmon, he had soup) and felt the quality and presentation were both a cut above.

Do try the dip/sauce made with kalamata olives (or don't if you are prone to licking the bowl because you will be tempted to do that!)
