It was definitely worth the short wait! We tried the honey garlic boneless wings with fries, and they did not disappoint. The flavor of the wings was absolutely amazing — perfectly balanced, sweet, and savory. Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

If you’re looking for the BEST chicken in town, look no further than BBQ Chicken!
From the first bite, the crispy texture and juicy, flavorful meat completely blew me away. The sauces are perfectly balanced — rich, bold, and absolutely addictive.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Everything was fresh, hot, and made with care.
Hands down, this is not just great chicken — it’s an unforgettable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly, highly recommend!

Secret sauce was tasty. Sometimes I nuy more side sauce and anytime I can mixed with hot rice with it. It's so tasty. Cheesing fries is great too.

Place an online order 20 minutes prior before going still wasn’t ready when I walk in. I see my chicken on a plate basically that they serve food on when the other location technically puts it in a bowl. Location is less than five minutes now I know to drive there.

Amazing food packed with flavor. They offer multiple flavors of chicken to choose. The fries are worth calling out too. They were those battered fries that were extra crispy on the outside and potatoey on the inside.
It is worth noting that The prices were pretty high for what you get.

My wife ordered takeout from the Korean BBQ chicken stand at Lotte Mart, and the experience was disappointing on every level. Although she requested the sauce on the side, the employee provided only two very small containers—insufficient for the portion and not particularly considerate.
The chicken itself was the primary failure. It was severely over-fried, resulting in dry, fibrous strands of meat that resembled jerky far more than any credible Korean fried chicken. The accompanying sauce offered no improvement. It tasted like plain soy sauce with only the slightest hint of ginger and garlic, lacking any balance or depth. A sweeter profile might have offset the saltiness, but instead it exacerbated it.
The customer service matched the food in quality: the staff member was terse and appeared interested only in completing transactions as quickly as possible.
In short, this was an entirely unsatisfying meal, and I would urge others to avoid this establishment like the plague—an analogy that feels uncomfortably fitting after tasting the food.

My first time having this place and it was absolutely amazing. The wings are actually large and the sauces are very tasty and they let you taste them ahead of time. The service was amazing Shout out to Ryan.
The only downside (and they do tell you this) is that it can potentially be a wait time up to 20 minutes due to demand and making sure the chicken is cooked properly. With that said, I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes.

Had Hot Spicy wings and they are so good. Had a take out, tried after 30 mins or so, still super crispy even with sauce all over it. Not many places left where they make it fresh and not frozen. Love it.

The service was cool however this chicken was not. This is the first time that I’ve ever eaten Korean fried chicken that wasn’t even crispy. I did not enjoy it at all. Very disappointing. Especially it costing $16 for 6 wings.

10/03/2025: Brought my kids here for lunch to Lotte Market. Saw BB.Q Chicken. I was skeptical because the first and last time we had it was on Southside Blvd and they were so bad as far as food, service, everything. Decided to give this brand a chance again because it's not always about the company but the location and people who prepare and serve it. Plus it's inside the new Lotte Market. Ordered the 16pc bone-In mixed half/half chicken with fries and pickled radish. Wasn't expensive. Wait time? 20-25 minutes.
You may think that's a long time but if you think about it, that means they are making plenty of time to make sure your order is right.
Got the food after receiving text message saying it's ready. Half golden and other half spicy. Everything had a great crunch to it and not too much sauce to where you cannot taste the signature breading. Putting too much sauce can make the chicken breading soggy which I'm not a fan of. Fries...beautiful and crispy. You know why it's really good here? You can taste that they change the fryer oil and it has a clean taste. I'm a retired chef so I know.
I'm coming back here again with my kids and ordering more chicken. Very good!
