Lunch special is a great deal. The food is okay. Not the best hibachi but for a lowkey place it wasn't bad. However, the cashier did not understand English and charged me for two sauces that I did not ask for (when the sauce already comes with the meal).

I came into this restaurant to get a bento box, and the store only had one customer (which is typically a red flag). I walk up to order I told the lady I wanted a chicken katsu box and instead of the pork gyoza can I have the chicken and she says ok. I sit down to wait for the food a gentleman comes up and gives me a box of chicken gyoza which I thought was strange that it came out first instead of all together, but ate it anyways. Then a few minutes later a small plate comes out with only 5 pieces of chicken a handful of rice and a handful of lettuce. I was confused because the bento box also comes with sushi and tempura shrimp which was not with my food, but I figured it was taking a little longer to make. The chicken was like jerky way overcooked, the rice was okay, and the salad was literally just chop lettuce. I got about halfway done and realized they weren't going to bring the sushi or the shrimp, so I double check the menu just to make sure I read it right and I was correct The bento box comes with entree, rice, house salad, gyoza, sushi, and tempura shrimp. So I go back up to the cashier and ask her about the rest of the food to which she tells me I just ordered the regular plate and not the bento. Meanwhile I paid $19 for this and only came to this place for a bento box. Restaurants like these need to have people who can clearly understand English speakers when they order their food I will not be returning and from the reviews I read their customer service is trash anyways.

I would love to give a 5 stars we just had a situation that had me give a 4 stars.My mom and I went here and my mom ordered a steak and chicken fried rice. The lady that was there at the time didn't really hear my mom's order and we ended up getting just a chicken fried rice instead. Other than that, my mom and I LOVE their cheese wontons. I plan on going there again for me 😁

Hibachi Express is our new go-to for great Japanese food including the best Sushi I've ever had. We are addicted to the Salmon Bento Box. Excellent for a weekend inside playing video games together. 😁

Customer service is ON POINT !!!!!32$ for all this I’m full now and this is what’s left what a deal their 10.55 lunch meal is on point I added the lomain for 6$ more for both (3$ each) plus a California roll omg I’m stuffed and have left overs I will be back food was fresh and made to order best sushi I’ve ever had so fresh

This is usually our go to spot for takeout hibachi but today we had a mishap with the order, wasn’t able to return as I was heading back to work for my lunch break, but I called in the afternoon and they were able to make things right they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Best spot around hands down
