It took them almost 30 minutes to have a simple Ramen (without any meat) ready. For $16! I was late for work and just grabbed the pack and left straight to the office only to realize there were no utensils or napkins included so I actually could not eat.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Small portion, chicken undercooked, barely had any vegetables. Employees are RUDE .

Decent hibachi. Semi-decent sushi. For the same price you can take your wife to a real hibachi place - but if you want hibachi om your way home from work this is the best option. I'll give them a call 10 minutes away and it's always done when I pull up.

Parking: It is in the same strip as a Harvey's Supermarket...so....y'know.....

The food was hot and fresh, which is always a plus in my book. We ordered the sesame chicken bento box it included 2 fried chicken dumplings, 4 california rolls,fried rice vegetables, and tempura shrimp It also came with a side salad. Habachi chicken bento box. I really enjoyed my meal.

The people employees behind the counter are very rude. Especially the older man these people need to get their mouths pressed down on the Hibachi. Food was mediocre def wouldn't waste time Yamato japanese steak house so much better.

The last few times we've ordered from Hibachi Express we've been disappointed. This is my 1st review for them. My General Tso's combination was like eating a frozen dinner. The sauce tasted asif it came straight out of a jar and the brown rice was flavorless. We also ordered Shumai and Sushi. The Shumai was definitely frozen and the Sushi was pre-made. This will probably be the last time I order from Hibachi Expess
