Had an experience with ordering “ to go ”. The kitchen is ok. But your staff , especially at Bento on beach boulevard is awful. The girl who serviced me was so unfriendly and nervous. I really didn’t get why she was so rude. Bento , please, be patient with your clients, and if you don’t like your job - just find another one. No reason to ruin an impression of your guests about this place at all.

Regrettably, my experience with the spicy tuna roll was highly disappointing. The smoked, cooked tuna on top of the roll deviated from traditional sushi norms. I'd suggest the bento owner explore renowned sushi spots in cities like Miami/ATL/Chicago for better quality benchmarks. The Jacksonville community deserves authentic, well-prepared sushi…

Food was cold. Out of Sriracha sauce. Staff member did not know what ponzu sauce was and it should have come with my dish. Love the town center location but the Jax Beach location needs more staff training.

Upon entering I was greeted not only by the friendly staff but also by a delightful playlist of ONLY Celine Dion. Absolte top marks. It's like they saw into my heart and put it on the stereo. Stopping myself from singing along was the hardest part. Foods good too. Got a Veggie Sechuan Bowl.

Great food but the staff is not the most friendly. I felt like the one staff member was annoyed I even asked for my carry out. I'll debate on whether or not I'll be back.

Abysmal. They haven't managed to get an order out on time in two weeks, never keeping the doordash driver waiting for less than 20 minutes AFTER the order was supposed to be done. If you want Chinese food go to Chan's accross the street instead, or for Sushi or Japanese go to Kamiya 86. Avoid this place unless you have an hour to sit around.

Staff is friendly enough, but overpriced ($20 for a compo meal) and always have some issue here. First time, the restaurant was empty, but I left after not getting my food for 30 minutes. Tried again and they forgot to give me everything I ordered. By the time I got home, it wasn't worth going back. There are better (and cheaper) options out there.

Cashless. Food is good and very consistent. Good portion for the price. Location is new so it's very clean and in a great location.
