Pick up order was placed an hour plus in advance. Took 30 minutes after arriving to even get it. 6+ kids standing around talking with the one person making the food. It was not busy at all. Pretty frustrating.

Horrible customer service! I waited an hour for one, ONE roll of sushi ??If I didn't have to wait for my son to be done with the omakase experience next door...I would had left and asked for my money!*UPDATE they refunded me my money for my order after finally bringing it.

Got the stir fried chicken and it was okay. Would have liked the chicken to be a little more fried. Other than that the food was fairly tasty and colorful. Great service.

Inconsistent. One time it was great, other time it was stale and not good. There are issues with online ordering. It is unreliable so we are trying to find other close spot for quick poke bowl and sushi.

Honestly just not gonna come here anymore. Service is always horrible and slow. There is barely any people even here and it took them over 30 mins to make a bento box and a katsu chicken rice bowl... Not to mention the big family that ordered after me got all of their food way before me.

The service was embarrassingly unprofessional. I waited 30minutes for a simple to-go order in an empty restaurant with a FULL staff.Go to the Bento at the town center instead.

I used to order from this place every week to get the orange chicken bowl; today 7/25 I ordered online for my family and the order confirmed it would be ready in 30 minutes, nearly an hour and 40 minutes later they have this for their “orange chicken”, sauce was on the side. Not fried, took forever, and very unhappy with the order today. I’ll wait to come back when they have better cooks.

The canned soda wasn't cold and the food wasn't hot. Had to give both entrees back for a refund. Sad because I was looking forward to eating there.

Just a warning: quite a few food items are listed on the menu but they do not actually have them. Not out of stock, we were legitimately told a few things were not on the menu when they actually were. Also they do not have any fountain drinks (only Boba teas and Gatorade/alcohol in their freezer) which makes it difficult with kids. However, the food did come out good and hot.

I buy bentos occasionally & typically in love with the food. Even though, I typically go to the one in town center , this one is open a little later so it’s very convenient. Tonight, I purchased my meal, Mongolian noodle bowl with extra shrimp & there was little to no shrimp, no exaggeration (18$) My drink tasted like WATER, which I had the passion fruit slush ($4.50) And yes, it was a TOGO order so I was not able to catch these things before I left. Not pleased!! Money feels wasted.

Me and my wife used to love this place. But lately, when we order our food is always cold! Today, our veggie rolls where uncooked basically... they were even pale outside. We did gave them a chance, but it keeps happening even when it’s not busy hours.

Ordered Korean beef & Chicken teriyaki, food came out longer then usual. Korean beef was cold and no flavor . Chicken teriyaki took 30mins . Was not happy or satisfied with the food

We walked in at 5:19p.m it is now 6:15 and we still don’t have our order completed or finished... first time here didn’t even try the food just yet but I know I wouldn’t return !!

Bento always has great food. great options.vi always get something different because there's so many things to try!
