I always order food at bergs and have no problem. Terrissa Roberts who is a supposed supervisor is always rude to customers and I watch it so many times, I just never thought i would be one of the people she did that too. I am an employee at st Vincent as well, I was at work and wanted to take my break but didn’t wanna spend my 30 minutes waiting on my food so I call to ask what was ready, as soon as I ask the cashier if they had any fries ready, I heard Terrissa in the back telling her to hang up on me and the cashier did hang up on me, then when I called again and made her aware that I heard her she tried to apologize and said its because they were bsy and had to get back to work. I went downstairs to see here because she refused to give me here name even when I got there, I only heard someone call her Terrisa but she told me Roberts so I wouldn’t report her, and she told me she was the manager then proceeded to say she was a supervisor.
