Bella Terazza is the place to move in.Front office staff are amaaazing,maintenance is quick with fixing things,my move in was very smooth and easy and they made me feel at home.Apartments are very clean,the residents are quiet and mind there own business, pools are the BEST ,you never see any unattended kids running around the apartment. I LOVE MY APARTMENT SPACE ITS TO DIE FOR....LOL. BUT BEST apartments I've ever lived in.

They asked us to do a review so imma do one. Every single month be prepared for them to cut your water off in the middle of the day due to plumbing. Sometimes it’s planned sometimes ITS NOT! They have cut our water off several times in one single month. I work from home that is so annoying! Then won’t even send a notification that the water is turned back on. The new maintenance team SUCKS! The old maintenance team fixed things the first time. I have to put in the same maintenance request over and over sometimes and it’s annoying!

I recently had a couple maintenance request in and they were all completed within 12 hours of placing them. The maintenance man are amazing and always make sure they get the job done and always are smiling and seem happy to work. I did a unit change when my lease was up and the office staff figured everything out in 2 days and had us in a new unit in just a couple of weeks. I've been living here almost 6 years and this is the best it's been.

I have here in my new apartment for two weeks now and I absolutely love. A few minor had to be taken care of and they have been done. Since moving to Jacksonville a year ago my experience so far as apartment rentals have not been the best, but God is good. I believe I will be happy here at Bella Terraza. The staff, Wilma the leasing agent, Charles the head of maintenance, along with the new office receptionist are very delightful people. This coming from me is a lot since I am not a people person. I am very grateful to have found this place and to have meet individuals that care. Thanh you, Bella Terraza, and God bless.

I am currently very uncomfortable with the apartment but Mrs. Heather Carter, the general manager, is working to solve my problem and make Bella Terraza the same complex or better than it was 7 years ago. The current assistant manager inspires fear and is never kind to the tenant, is racist towards Hispanics and is very unpleasant when serving us. Bella Terraza is a name in Spanish and that is why it is so persecuted by Latinos. I think that the best thing would be to have bilingual administrative staff and it is easy to get. The problem lies in the lack of communication and not respecting the rights of the tenant. We demand good service, apartments in excellent condition to live in and security, and do not forget that we are paying. Thank you very much.!
Amazing Staff. Cleaned up properties. Except for during the weekend when residents or non residents decide to dump trash at the compactor too lazy to walk it up the dump stairs. But the management Team handles daily. I wish all tenants that lived here cared about the outside where our kids play a bit better. We can do better together. I seen posts about mold.. Hey neighbors when you clean use some bleach and water...if the problem is too bad the office does offer mold services to come if we need it.. Overall exceptional nice staff, great maintenance team, just had washer repaired at 11pm ish the other evening. So emergency line works too..a real human answers and calls you immediately any hour. Let's all work together to make our homes nice inside and out and let's together help get our trash up the stairs into the open dumpster.

Hello my move in Bella Terraza was so smooth and fast when I say Deon, Kristen and Jordan are the nicest( Heaven Sent) they answered all my question’s and concerns , made sure my apartment was ready and presentable for me on my move in date, compared to my last apartment complex I don’t think I’ll be moving anytime soon

Been here over 4 years. Progressively worse all the time. Just not a good place. Currently 84/85 in my apartment; and they say that is "normal, welcome to Florida". Probably on our 3rd or 4th set of management.

Our upstairs neighbor lets their dog urinate all over their balcony and it ends up on our porch. We’ve brought this up at least 4-5 times with no resolution. It’s mentioned in other reviews, and I agree there is a huge mold issue here. Management has been unwilling to work with us on moving units while keeping our original rental rate. When I brought up moving out, it was explained to me that we’re contractually obligated to pay 2 months rent to leave early. I informed the office that I am hiring an independent mold inspector/testing specialist. Right after I informed them of my plans, maintenance arrived at my door to inspect for water leaks and to do a mold treatment. I told them they can do whatever they want after the mold inspector does what they need to. I was told that refusing them entry could make me liable for any damages including mold. I never refused entry, merely the rushed mold treatment. This complex expects rent on time as they should. I expect health hazards to be addressed in return. Shoddily run office management. They never answer the phone, but if you enter the office you find 2-3 staff on premises. The property manager used the excuse that she wasn’t here yesterday and needed time to catch up. Not my fault that she didn’t make it to work. Bella Terazza papers over the cracks and expects a golden reputation. Don’t fall for anything they tell you.
