Biggie’s Pizza is amazing! The crust is crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. Definitely a must-try in Jacksonville!

Stopped by for lunch today and got the Meet Me in NYC slice. Tasted just as good as I remembered it 3 years ago! Staff was friendly and hard working and the interior design is pretty cool!

Paying $60 for 2 pies of pizza, you’d think they’d be just a little generous with the toppings. Used to love getting the family pizza from here, this is my last time coming to this location.

I stopped my Biggies Pizza to pick up a pizza in person. I was told there was a 15 to 20 minute wait so I decided to get a veggie deluxe and wait. After 20 or so minutes I go back in and find out my pizza hasn't been made and that the waitress could not find my ticket order, even though I had already paid. I told her let me get my purse so I can get a refund and when I came back into the establishment she says do you want them to make? They can. They said they can make it in 10 minutes. Well first of all, I've already waited 20 something minutes and now you want me to wait 10 more just to get what I should have already had. Please give me my money back thank you. How do you lose my ticket and you don't lose anybody else's? They have horrible service. If you want Biggie's pizza, go to the one in Jax Beach. Jax Beach Biggies has great food and great service.

If you like consistency don’t go there. Only been there 2 times. Ordered the Queen Margarita, first time was great so ordered a the same the second time. Totally different taste, texture. Way too much oil and way too much garlic and the cheese sour. Called talked to a manager (kid) and was very defensive and all he offered was an apology. Apologies excepted but will not be going back. Al’s next time

I order peperroni and bacon pizza the bacon is to little for the price 26 dollar i pay for 1 pizza and the guy say the bacon it under the cheese whattt i can see bacon but is not the correct portion never go again no recomended chepaer pizza in diferent place have more portion of ingredients

The cashier is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and have their choices out on display. They don't choose from them. They make it from fresh. The pizza was so good. Reminds me of a pizza I had. The sauce was so good. Should try it out.
