Biggies Pizza 5 Points Riverside

First of all, food and service was phenomenal!! But the establishment needs a lot of attention! No air conditioning, not even a ceiling fan! It was miserably HOT!! no parmesan cheese, no wings, the fountain drink machine was broken, had to serve can drinks and ran out of Mt Dew at 8:00PM!!

Staff was so kind!

This place has really gone downhill. Today was the worst pizza I've ever had. I don't know if its who's working today but it is terrible

I came in and ordered a T-bone steak, cheese eggs, and Welch's grape. The milks was chocolate, the cookies; buttercrunch. When I was dead broke man I couldn't picture this. I remember when I used to eat sardines for dinner.

Good prices. The pizza was ok.

Highly recommended! NYC style pizza with a nontraditional crispy crust. Enjoyed the varied of favor choices. We tried Buffalo Solider, Meat me in NYC, pepperoni and veggie. All very good.

Jacksonville’s top spot for pizza by the slice!

Parking: Parking is aight. It’s the 5 Points area so it’s known for limited parking in general. We didn’t search long though.

After getting some slices here, they are now on my top pizza list. I like that they had single slices and that they were massive. I ordered the Bianca slice, a classic cheese, a chicken ranch, and a Hawaiian luau slice. I loved each of them. I think my favorite was the chicken ranch and the Bianca. I had to order the zeppoles but was disappointed in all of them being completely raw dough on the inside. I took a couple of bites and had to spit them out. The only reason I’m knocking down a star is the raw dough. The few bites I had from the outside that weren’t raw were pretty good.

If you're looking for NY style pizza, this is the place to try. So far we've only tried the pizza but we are going back to give their sandwiches a try. Angela was very friendly and helpful while waiting on us. Thank you for such a great experience.
