This restaurant shows open, so ordered and paid online. I went to pick up my order to fine the restaurant closed. Called the number on my order, no answer. What's going on?

The best pizza!

First time at this location as we usually go to Biggies at Jax Beach. That location closed down for some reason.
The pizza is fantastic! You can get huge individual slices or an entire pizza.
I love Biggies!

Is biggies stuffing these reviews or am I taking crazy pills? I went a couple of months ago and it was horrible. It was hot as all get out inside, dirty, they heated up the pizza that was in the display case up by the register (who knows how long it was out) they had no ice. I went a few years ago and it was great.

I went to Biggies today had the $10 special two slices and a drink .The cheese slices was amazing had that NY pizza taste ,The the guy making the pizza was a cool guy & the young lady at the register was very polite and nice ,I really enjoy myself there.

Not sure what the issue was this weekend, but while making conversation with the cashier and my friends who were buying pizza, the guy with the fake dreads had a real problem. I’ve been coming to this place for years now, but after he threatened to call the cops on me and have me kicked out, I won’t be spending my money here until he’s gone. As a white man, I don't think he understands the danger of false accusations and pretending to contact JSO in Jax. He did this to two other customers while I was there since I wasn't phased by his empty threats. I support local business, but this one won't be hearing from me anytime soon.

I would give zero stars. Be mindful about who speaks for your business. I called to see if it was possible to have my box secured while being delivered. The girl that answered the phone had a horrible attitude and even prompted me with the question “do you have any suggestions” because they didn’t have tape. It wasn’t my job to come up with solutions as I was spending my money with Biggies and I just wanted the comfort of knowing the last time my food was opened was after it was prepared. It was like she was having an attitude because I just wanted a piece of mind while my food was in transit. This was so disappointing because I like this pizza but I will never patron this business again!

great parking space right in front of restaurant.. .thanks to my grandmother who used to teach us to pray for a good parking spot before you get there, and that's what I did. Thank you Jesus ❤️
