Service was terrible on Halloween night, this lady at the bar that was wearing âwhite cat eye lensesâ was extremely rude, sheâs a black big size lady working at the bar (description for reference) I was waiting with a friend at the bar to get the attention of a bartender for awhile when my friend said âOh look, the girl next to us had to lean forward to get the bartenders attentionâ I didnât want to lean forward on the bar so I asked the bartender if we could order next. I said it in a nice tone and with a smile o my face, I almost never order at the bar and never been out ordering my own drinks at a bar on a festive night, I donât drink frequently either and the bartender seemed distracted, she wasnât fully functioning, then when I asked her she got nasty at me like she was outside on the streets ready to fight and put hands on me and unnecessary raised her voice at me, all she had to say was âIâm going in a systematic way one, by one and you are nextâ thatâs it⌠I kept a smile on my face âcause obviously her not wanting to work but wanting the money that night and waiting to see a smaller size girl like me to lash out at and crash out was not going to ruin my night, she was bitter, no need for me to be bitter with her. I kept the peace with a smile on my face (not trying to act smart) however this pissed her off seeing that I didnât react to her provoking me with her language, (not even mentioning her body language that screamed Iâm ready to jump from behind the bar and put hands on you) instead she threatened with calling security and kick me out, (She was trying to use security as a WEAPON) when there wasnât any actions against her that was putting her at danger or something. I had a great night regardless but that was by choice , and just because I decided to stay positive doesnât mean what she did was right. I will suggest that for the well being of your business and operations, if I was the manager, which Iâm a manager just in a different field, I wouldnât put her to work on festive occasions where youâre expecting a lot of clients because she obviously lack of emotional intelligence and donât know how to operate under pressure.

Such a fun bar with great vibes and delicious drinks! Our bartender Mo was incredible. She made me the most delicious martini called horse with no name. We played pool and took pictures in the Photo Booth. Seriously fun place canât wait to go back!
