I’ve lived in Jax for 9 years and have been meaning to come here for a long time. We went on a Monday evening, did not appear busy, but no one came to serve us for ann extended period of time except to pour water. Our waitress was very kind- it wasn’t her fault there had been some kind of miscommunication. Wine was excellent. I was disappointed the menu didn’t describe the dishes in more detail. The salmon with quinoa and Brussels sprouts did not include description of fried...

We always have a great experience at Bistro Aix due to it's extensive menu options so we were disappointed when they had modified (limited) the menu for Mother's Day (it was not Mother's day) and not notified us. While there were several options they were all spendy which made some members of our party uncomfortable. That being said it was delicious but maybe notify those making reservations of the change prior to especially since you charge for no shows.

We had lunch there today and everything was wonderful! From the summer salad to the main fish entrees, which were cooked.to perfection. Our server, Bennett, was on top of everything! Highly recommend! Bon appetite!
